Cold as an ice sometimes it made them feel like Fate was born for this. If only they knew. If only they knew her painful past. If only they felt what she really feels deep within, then maybe, they would understand her for being like this.
She’d been so cold and numb because she was afraid that someone might get hurt because of her, because of what she was and what she could do.

Hindi ‘yung basta basta ka na lang mawawala sa paningin ko.” Ayden looked at her wearing the dress he brought for her when she was still sleeping. She had this aura of being so innocent yet at the same time she had the courage of a brave warrior ready to fight until the end.
Her features were angelic and delicate. If not for her valor and self-assuredness, she would have appeared fragile.

“You’re being stubborn, Ms.Fate.” Ayden pinned her with a fierce stare he no doubt hope he would intimidate her. It wasn’t working. Fate refused to be intimidated by anyone.

She wondered what would happen if she would disobey him. She wondered what he would do if ever she would be stubborn enough like what he’d said to her.
Pero mukha yatang hindi magandang ideya ang nasa isip niya. Not now. Just not now.
Just a stare of his midnight black eyes gave her a shiver on her skin. There was an aura of extreme power and lethal danger from him.
Pero ang sabi niya, tao lang siya.
Fate wouldn’t buy that. She knew it even if he wouldn’t say it.
