Jane- A Poem About Life

Jane

Jane lived an extravagant life as a child

Spoiled but not really loved

Loved more by the servants

Than her  parents

Then older her mother primped and primed her

She was happy for the attention but wondered her motive

Than one day she  is told she will get married to a rich man

Not wanting to lose her mothers love she married

She thought marriage was wonderful and sweet

Her new husband hated her

They had two children during those times he was nice

After he was horrible

Shortly after she killed herself

Leaving a note saying

“Everyone dies but Not everyone lives”

"And the only time I felt alive was in death "
