D. Gray Man RP Chapter One

For years, I watched him come and go, never staying for good. Now, I can finally stay with Allen nii-chan without having to leave him. He’s coming to pick me up at the town’s center at 4:00PM. It’s 3:00PM right now. I’m going to miss my old home, but its worth it right? Yes, definitely.

I headed to the kitchen to grab my bag of crackers. I opened the bag and started to eat them, while looking around the room. I’m going to miss this place. I walked towards the door; with one last look around I closed the door and left for the town center.

I walked for what seemed like hours, but I probably only walked for 30 minutes or so. Finally, I arrived at the town center. Immediately, I saw the white hair in the crowds of people. He stood out clearly, with his exorcist coat. From this distance, I can still see the red line that ran across his left eye.

Tears were threatening to spill from my eyes. The last time I saw him was over 3 months ago. I pushed the tears back; I can’t let Allen nii-chan see me crying. He’ll be sad. I started running towards him, hoping to surprise him. He was looking around in the crowds of people, probably still looking for me.

 “Allen nii-chan!!” I screamed, tackling him. I hugged him tightly, not willing to let go. I won’t let him out of my grasp again. Tears were falling down my face now, I couldn’t stop them.

“Akira? Akira!!!” He returned the hug. I buried my face in his warm coat.

“I missed you,” I mumbled.

“Me, too, but let’s not think about that right now. You’re joining the Black Order right?”

I nodded happily.

“Then, let’s enjoy the fact that I don’t have to visit anymore!”

I nodded once again.

 “Sorry, Akira, I can’t take you to the Black Order, I have a mission to do here. I just thought I’ll drop by.”

“Then who’s taking me to the Black Order?” I asked confused.

 “Don’t worry; Lavi’s taking you to the Black Order.” I looked up to see Allen nii-san pointing to a red head. I think he just noticed me too. His green eyes widen slightly.

“STRIKE!!!” He yells, drooling a little. I laughed, he was so adorable.

“Hello to you too.” Lavi was also wearing an exorcist suit. So he’s an exorcist right? I can’t wait ‘til I’m wearing one of those too...

“He’ll be taking you to head quarters, is that ok?”

“Of course!” I would prefer it if Allen nii-chan took me to HQ but I didn’t want to get in the way of his work.

“Sorry, Akira, I have to go now.” He hugged me again; “When you get there, try the food immediately!! It’s amazing!!”

I laughed, “Same old Allen.”

“So, you’re Akira- chan?” Lavi asked.

“That’s me! And you’re Lavi- kun right?” I mimicked him.

“That’s me!” We’re going to get along, I thought to myself.

“Come on, the faster we get to HQ, the faster you can try the food.”

“Right on.”

We went to the train station and waited for the train to arrive. Lavi started small talk. I was too excited to actually have a conversation. The train came at 4:50PM.

“Here, give me your luggage,” Lavi reached for my luggage, “I can carry it.”

I didn’t protest, after all, aren’t guys supposed to do that? I chose a seat at the back of the train and sat down. I watched from the window as Lavi carried my stuff onto the train. I waited for him to join me.

“It takes about an hour and a half to get to the Order from here,” Lavi explained, “I hope you have something that can entertain you for the next hour and a half.”

I smiled, “Yup, I do. I have some poker cards, wanna play?”

Lavi chuckled, “You’re just like Allen-kun.”

“Well, Allen nii-san did teach me how to play poker. I learn from him most of the time.”

“I bet you do.”

“So, do you want to play poker? We can do something else is you want.”

Lavi shook his head, “No, it’s fine. I’m just not that good at poker, that’s all. If Allen-kun taught you, then I bet you’ll beat me in a blink of an eye.”

“I’ll go easy on you.” For the next hour we played poker. I beat Lavi every single time; he wasn’t lying when he said he sucked. The train arrived 20 minutes earlier than we expected.
