Recap:

"Hello." I said carefully into the phone.

"Hannah." I heard him say.

"It's you." Tristan whispered.

"Tristan." I said concerned. Jack who was about to walk away suddenly looked up.

"I m-messed up. Hannah. I messed up." his words were slow and confused.

"What's wrong Tristan?" I asked firmly, trying to get a straight answer out of.

"- there was just so much. I did it. All of them. I don't feel good Hannah... I love you... I love you... I think I'm going to -." I heard him throw up. He wasn't making sense.

"Tristan!" I yelled into the phone. "Where are you?" I asked loudly. I got no answer. Jack was staring at me wide-eyed.

"Tristan." I said more calmly.

"I"m sorry Hannah. I know said I wouldn't." his words were still slow, I could hear him cry.

"Wouldn't what?" I asked quickly. I got no answer.

"Tristan answer me!" I demanded.

Hannah's POV:

I pulled my phone away from my ear and glanced at it. The line was dead. I immedietely looked up at Jack who looked scared and concerned.

"What was that?" he asked urgently.

"I don't know." my voice was full of worry. I called Tristan's cell phone. I raised the phone to my ear and listened as it rang continuously. There was no answer.

"Call his home, I'll call his brother." I said as the ringing went to Tristan's voicemail.

"What the hell is going on?" Jack yelled.

"He didn't sound right - he sounded like he was in trouble." my breathing became heavy.

"Call his home phone!" I repeated more urgently this time. I lifted the phone to my ear again, hoping that Bradley would answer his phone.

"What?" a quiet voice said after three rings.

"Where's Tristan?" I demanded.

"In his room." Bradley answered, sounding annoyed.

"Check on him - he just called - he sounded bad. Check on him!" my words were confused. Jack, who had been mid-dial, stopped to stare at me, waiting for the result of my conversation with Bradley. I heard Bradley walking up the stairs, then he knocked on a door.

"Tristan." I heard Bradley say on the other line as he knocked.

"Tristan." he called, again. No answer. I heard a door open and then Bradley said:

"He's not here."

"His car is gone. Where is he? What happened Hannah?" Bradley asked. I hung up. I couldn't think straight. Tristan was out there somewhere. In trouble and scared.

"He's not at home." I whispered to Jack, shaking my head.

"Then where is he? What did he say to you?" Jack pushed.

"He said he messed up and he was sorry and he took all of them - pills I guess. I don't know. Then he threw up and the call ended." as I said this, the reality really began to hit me.

"We have to find him Jack. We have to." I said, almost too quietly for him to hear.

"Where would he be?" I asked him.
