Luke:
When you came home crying. Luke had decided to stay over at your house so he’d be able to see you after you finished school but as soon as you came home from school, you went straight to your bedroom before Luke could say anything.
Following you up the stairs, he finds you sobbing into your pillow and on instinct, he’s by your side within seconds, holding you close. He lets you cry into his shoulder, not caring that his shirt would be soaking. You told him that you were being bullied at school because you were ‘Luke Hemmings’ girlfriend’ and that you didn’t deserve that title. That Luke should just leave you and find someone better.
Luke just holds you closer, whispering gentle words into your ear. Soon enough, you’ve stopped crying and he knew that he never wanted to see you so hurt again. He wanted to protect you from the worlds’ evil. And in that moment, he knew that he loved you and he’ll always be there for you.
Ashton:
You and Ashton were taking care of your two year old cousin since you’re mam and aunt had gone shopping. The day was filled with fun, playing games with her and the little food fight you three had after she had thrown her lunch at your shirt.
By the end of the evening, your cousin’s in your arms while Ashton arm was slung over your shoulder, the three of you in the living room, watching Dora the Explorer. Soon enough, your cousin had fallen asleep and you followed after her. Ashton looked down in his arms to watch you and your cousin sleep peacefully and in that moment, Ashton knew that he wanted you to be his one and only.
He wanted to marry you and start a family with you. Just seeing you holding your cousin makes him imagine what you would look like holding you and Ashtons’ child and sometime in the future, he promised to himself that he will make that come true.
