I flopped my bookbag off my shoulder, and threw it angrily in my locker. He was just a jerk, a big player jerk, who didn't care about anything.
I decided to keep telling myself that, so I wouldn't break down in the hallway. I grabbed all my books, shutting my locker door, turning around, and slamming into a boy.
A hot boy.
"Uhmmm. I'm so sorry." I said quickly, going to the floor to quickly get my books and leave. He grabbed my elbow, and pulled me back up though.
"No need to be sorry, I couldn't help but see how sad you were. Are you okay?" He said, and my mouth dropped. Was he being nice to me?
"U-Uhh, yeah...Well sort've I guess, but you don't have to worry about me. I'm fine. You probably have other friends to worry about, and stuff." He grunted in a funny way, and then looked at me.
"Well, not really. And plus I'm not like Aiden, I don't care who I'm seen with. And now back to you, why are you so sad?" I laughed, and looked into crystal looking grey eyes.
I cleared my throat, and then laughed nervously.
"Okay, well help me pick up my books then." I smiled then he knelt down and helped me get all my books out of the already crammed hallway.
I was sitting on a bench inside of the school with all my books, and Brandon sitting next to me. Yep, his name was Brandon.
"So... What was upsetting you before, Aralyn?" I looked up at him, then back down at my lap. Should I tell him I'm a werewolf? I wonder if he knew, since Aiden was one?
"Well, I don't know how to tell you this, well, whatever. I'm a werewolf." He gasped, then started to laugh really loud.
"Seriously, Aralyn? I knew... We all knew. Everyone here in this school is a werewolf!" I probabaly had the stupidist look on my face, but then recovered quickly.
"Okay. So then you know about mate's?" He nodded his head enthusiastically.
"Well Aiden and I are mates. Just figured out a couple of days ago too." His jaw dropped, and he stood up, raking a hand through his hair.
"Shit." He managed, and I stood up, worried. "What's wrong Brandon?!" I said, trying to get to him.
He laughed. "You're his mate? Ofcourse you are. He rejected you, didn't he. Fucking douche! I ahte my brother sometimes."
My eyes grew wide.
"Woah!! Brother?! Since when? Your like the opposite of one another! Your so nice, and he's so...So-"
"Douchey?" He finished my sentence for me.
"Basically." I said, wrapping my arms around my body, the reality of it all comming down on me. A tear fell from my eye, and Brandon caught it.
I looked up at him, lip quivering, and he engulfed me into a hug quickly. "Don't cry for him, Aralyn. My brother is not worth your tears." I laughed.
He controlled my emotion like this and I hated it. I wanted to be the one he loves, but he would never love me." He grunted, and pulled away.
I broke down rright when he looked at me. He picked me up bridal style, and I screamed, starting to laugh and cry all at once.
"We are getting the hell outta this boring shit hole, my dear!" He said, and I wrapped my hands around his neck, deciding to just go with it for this once, because unlike his brother, Brandon seemed genuine.
"Im down for anything right about now, Brandon..." I said, sounding kindv'e depressed, when I was actually feeling pretty good right now.
When he set me down, we were in a freaking awesome car. nice, and lean. Bright blue, and lift-up doors. A truley sexy car...
"So where are we going, Brandon?" I asked. But he onyl turned on the music,a nd muttered a,"You'll see." Then we were off to the land of make beleive. Just kidding!
We stopped at a house, his house, and I laughed. Wouldn't have to worry about walking home I guess.
I laughed, and he went along with it, getting out and opening my door.
"You're such a gentlemen." I said, and he smiled, lifting me up again. I was smashing his chest with my fist, and laughing histerically. I only knew him for a few hours, and I already knew we were going to be best friends.
We walked in to find his... Mother? Well, whoever, was cooking something.
"Hey mom!" He said happily setting me down. She was smiling, and it must have been contagious, because I couldn't stop smiling.
"Hello, honey. Skipped school again? Brandon, Brandon, Brandon... Well, anyways, who might this be? You didn't find you'r..." She said pausing, and I was confused until he spoke up.
