It's 1976 and quiet but outspoken Marcey Gabrielle Cabes has moved from Arkansas to Los Angeles,California. There the first few days are torcher that is until she meets an old friend Chloe Meridith Ginkings whom had been known for always getting into trouble. Chloe takes Marcey to a party and once Marcey meets her friends and a boy named Jacob St.Peirs. She will change but for the better or good, and she will realize there's more to life than what meets the eye.
