It's Yours

    They had no reason not to be together now. School was over and all the childish games left behind. He loved her, and she loved him just the same. They moved in together as soon as they could. Rose being the more artistic one, decorated. Scorpius, having little to do with it, just let her have her fun.
    “Rose, I have to go to work. You need to hurry your butt up!” Scorpius yelled from the living room. Today was his first day at St.Mungo’s and he did not want to be late.
    “Alright, I’m coming.” Rose came out of the bedroom in her aurors uniform.
    “You look ravishing today, as you do every day.” To think that he had almost lost her because of a stupid feud with there fathers.
    Rose blushed and headed out the door. If he said things like that every time he say her, they would never leave the house. Though she had no right to complain, she could not keep her hands off him. Smiling at that, Rose got into their muggle car and waited for her husband. Scorpius still refused to learn how to drive even though they live in a muggle neighborhood.
    “You will one day have to learn to drive,” Rose said the him when he got in. “What if I’m at work and our children need to go somewhere?”
    “Then I will disapparate them to where they need to go.” He said in a satisfying voice.
    “Well I want our kids to learn muggle things to.” Rose frown at him.
    “Rose, we need to have kids before we start teaching them things.” Scorpius huffed. That was the one things that they had not talk about, children. They both love kids and would like to have some, but right now they wanted to focus on there carriers before they started a family.

Scorpius sighed, the one thing that never seemed to get old was the fact that Rose thought that he was to into magic. It was not that he refused to learn new, muggle things, it was just that he wanted to keep some of the magical thing to them before they have children and have to have all the muggle things that they needed.

    They both acted like they would live to be 90 and still living in the same home with all of their family around them. The thing was, Scorpius was worried that she would not make it past 25. Rose had a rare heart disease that slowly killed the person. when he first found out about this, he cried. How could someone with so much live be losing it so quickly? She wanted to live a normal live for as long a possible before she died.
    He remembered the day that she had broken up with him because of what she had. Rose said that he was treating her with kid gloved and she did not want that, did not want to be together only because of what she had. That had changed, he had changed. Scorpius had learned to not think about it and just live day by day.
   
    “Don’t be mad,” Rose reached over an took his hand. “If you don’t want to learn to drive, then that’ fine by me.” She gave him a smile.

    “That was the longest day ever.” Scorpius plopped down on the couch next to Rose.
    “Don’t worry it gets better, just look at Teddy. How long has he been working and he loves it.” She put her head on his shoulder.
    “That’s why I love you,” He kissed the top of her head. “You never have anything bad to say and you make living worth every breath.”
    Rose loved this man, undeniably. She could remember they day they met, she had hated him on site. Over the years at Hogwarts, things had changed, Scorpius was sorted into gryffindor with her and Hugo. No one said love comes easily, and with her and Scorpius it was like pulling teeth. But it took one night to change everything...
    “You remember the night you kissed me?” Rose asked.
    “How could I forget? You punched me in the nose,” He rubbed his nose as if still feeling the pain of her punch.
    “Well, you took me by surprise. And you kissed me in front of everyone in the great hall,” She swatted at him. “You should have seen the look on Hugo’s face when I got back to the common room.”
    “Don’t worry, he punched me too.” He hugged her closer.
    “Yeah, at least he didn’t punch me,” Rose sat up at looked at him. “I was in love with you way before that, but I couldn't get the courage to tell you.”
    “I kissed you on a dare.” Scorpius had to tell her that.
    “What?!” Rose got off the couch and started pacing. “A dare, really?”
    “Yeah, and you want to know how dared me?” He was smirking now, she did not like that look of satisfaction on his face.
    “Who?” She was mad now, but she wanted to know.
    “Dom.” He was beaming at her now.
    “What? She hated you, kinda still does.” Rose was so confuse right now her head was starting to hurt.
    “Yeah, but she knew how I felt about you and she said that If I didn’t make my move that Danny Charles was going to take you. And you know me, I always get what I want.” He said with a charming smile.
    “Danny? Really?” Rose had to laugh because Danny was two years younger than her and a total book warm.
    Scorpius stood up and came over by her, wrapping his hands around her waist. He was so lucky to have her, she was the light in the darkness. The silver lining to every could in his sky, there was no way that he could ever be apart from her.
