He only smiled.

I started backing away.

This cant be happening...it just can't.

The one person I thought I could trust...is planning to do something to me, something horrible im guessing.

I mean, what nice thing could someone be planning with a chair, ducktape, and rope in a dustly old basement.

The tears started rolling down my face, sobs came out uncontrollablly.

"Danny!?"

Corey took a step towards me, and then I took a step back.

"Dont you dare come any closer!"

He looked confused.

"What? You dont understand."

"What's there not to understand!?" I screamed.

He walked towards me and I kept backing up until I felt myself run into the wall.

I slid down in and locked my arms around my knees.

Whatever hes plannning, please let it be quick.

He put his arms around me and I flinched and struggled to get out, but he was too strong.

"Let go!"

"Im not going to hurt you!"

"Yeah right! Let go!"

"Im serious, the guys and I need a ransom picture of you to send to your dad."

I stopped struggling momentarily.

"What?"

He sighed.

"I told you, I wasnt planning to hurt you."

All he wanted was a ransom picture.

To send to my dad.

Because I was kidnapped.

Oooooooooooooooooooooooh.

Wow do I feel stupid.

"Oh."

I stopped struggling all together.

Corey laughed.

"What did you think I was going to do?"

I suddenly felt embarassed and looked down.

"I dont know."

Corey's arms were still around me, and he was holding me tightly to his chest.

I felt him kiss the top of my head.

"I would never hurt you, emotionally or physically."

"Promise?"

I had to be sure.

"Promise."

I knodded and he let go of me.

"Hold on one second."

Corey headed up the old stairs and opened up the door.

He stepped into the other room and left the door wide open.

Next thing I know, he comes back down, but Derek, Peter, and Sean are with him.

Peter was holding a camera and Sean had a newspaper in his hands.

They all stopped when they saw me.

Peter was the first to speak.

"Dude, what did you do to her!?"

I guess all that crying must have made me look terrible.

Great.

"She didnt understand what we were doing at first, she thought we were going to hurt her."

"We would never to that!" Derek assured me. "I promise Danny, never!"

I knodded again.

"Well..." Sean started,"at least she looks more like shes been tortured or something now. That could help the picture be more convincing."

I laughed.

Corey put his hand on my shoulder.

"There, feel better now?"

"Yeah."

He gave me a hug before leading me towards that old chair that looked like I would crush it if i sat on it.

I sat down, and it surprisingly didnt give.

I wasnt worried anymore...the guys had left the door at the top of the stairs wide open again and that made me feel a whole lot better.

"Okay," Derek began." We are going to just loosly tie this rope around you okay? Its not even going to be knotted, just barely tied."

"Kay."

"And the ducktape isnt real, it doesnt have any sticky on it, so your just going to balance it on your mouth and hope it doesnt fall off."

Once they were done Sean propped up the newspaper on me and Peter got ready to take the picture.

I supose the newspaper was for the date and whatever, I never really watched any crime shows so I would have no idea how this ransom thing works.

The only real experience I have was when I watched Miss Congenieality 2.

Only Peter took the picture, all that stuff was taken off of me. and I was led back up the stairs and out of that horrid basement.

The rest of the guys walked off to go print the picture, but Corey stayed behind with me to walk me back to my room.

I led him through the house, and when he found my room I walked in.

Surprisingly he walked in after me and came over to wrap me in his arms.

"Trust me, I would never, ever do anything to hurt you!"

"I trust you."

I wrapped my arms around him and he lifted my chin up.

"Do you mind if I try something?"

I was confused.

"Sure. Go ahead."

He bent his head down and he lightly pressed his lips against mine.



Oh.



My.



Gosh.



I started kissing him back and it was like fireworks going off all around us.

I ran my hands through his hair and he gently bit my lip.

I let him in and it was fire everytime his tongue touched mine.

He suddenly stopped and stumbled backwards.

I was shocked and I looked at his face.

His expression was almost...guilty!?

"I-I-I have to go."

Without another word he rushed from the room.

And it felt like he had taken my heart with him.
