"And this is Seth's room." Christian said.

Now if your wondering who Christian is, let me explain. Christian is a vampire.

And so are his brothers Seth, Alex, Damien, and Houston.




I had arrived here about two hours ago. I had met all of the vampires, though not all of them seemed to happy I was here. Damien and Christian are probably the nicest.. Houston was okay, and Alex didn't talk much.

Seth, well... he hates me.

And how do I know this you ask?

Because he told me so.

Two seconds after I got off the plane. he just appereared in front of me and he told me he hates me. Nice, huh.


When I had met everyone, Christian took me on a tour of the house.

He had showed me the whole place, top to bottom.


He had reached the end of his tour now, my new room, that I have to share with the worst of all people... Seth. I had to share a room with him because, well...i really don't know. I'll have to ask about that later. I didn't like Seth. He just stood around and glared at me like he was going to kill me when Christian showed me the kitchen and he was in there.


Just thinking about Seth made me shake.


Christian noticed.


"Hey, don't worry , Hayley. You'll be fine. If anything happens, come to me or Damien. Okay?"


He sounded confident enough.


"Okay." I said weekly.


Christian smiled sweetly before he left down the stairs. Seth had the whole top floor to himself.


Great! I thought. No one can hear me scream.


I took a deep breath and opened the door.


I looked in and gasped. It was a beautiful room. It had black walls and a red carpet. There was a bunch of paintings and two really big closets. There was a bathroom that had a goldish theme to it. Also the bed had gold sheets, but the comforters and pillows were black trimed with red.

It was awesome!


Wait... one bed?


I gasped.


"What are you gasping at?"


I gasped, again, and turned around.


Seth was there.


I stared at him wide eyed, with fear.


He stared back with cold eyes. He finally turned and looked the door. He went to his closet, walked in and grabbed some clothes before going into the bathroom.

My life here is going to be hell.


I quickly put my things away in the closet that was supposed to be mine. Halfway through my unpacking i had heard the shower cut off, so i knew when i came out of the closet, Seth would be there.
I took a deep breath and opened the door.


I looked around.


Seth wasn't here.


That's funny, I didn't hear the door open.


Then I thought about it, vampires are supposed to be sneaky and quiet. Of course i wouldn't have heard the door open!


Damn vampires are their quietness!

I sighed and layed down on the bed.


I hadn't realized how tired i was so i fell asleep quickly.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" I woke up screaming.


I looked around and Seth still wasn't here. Good.


I hate that fucking vampire.


I had had a shitting nightmare about him, I was so glad he wasn't there when i woke up. It would have been like my nightmare coming to life.


I looked over at Seth's clock and it was 6:30.


Dinnertime.


As if on cue, my stomach growled fiercly.


Guess im as hugary as i am tired.

I got up and went to my closet and grabbed my favorite pair of black sweatpants and a white t-shirt that said "lucky" in green letters.


I find that kind of ironic though, because im a slave to vampires which means im so NOT lucky!


I took my shower quickly relaxing in the smell of my favorite shampoo that smelled like strawberries.

I towel dried my hair, put some ankle socks on and headed downstairs. I remembered where Christian said the kitchen was and I walked in.


It was empty. I walked over to the frige and there was a pizza box with a note on it. I picked it up and read.
