Hello readers. I am currently drinking Earl Grey and feel so epic! I never knew in my house we had so much tea! I 'm loving it and have become addicted to it. At first I thought it was too weak but now I understand why the first colonist and the English drink so much of it. Well anyways, just get ready for some serious biz because this is the last chapter for a little bit where kaoru and Sebastian will see each other. Then it switches gears to Torio and Kaoru and how they tract down Tom.... Enjoy!~
I stopped dead. In front of me the most feminine book ever. My worst nightmare. The title was 'Sex under a fullmoon.'
What the Hell?! Who would want to buy such a horrible, disgusting, stupid, erotic, perverted, did I mention disgusting, idiotic book?! The list goes on but my vocabulary can be limited at times. Sebastian then turned to me smugly. A raised smug eye brow and seductive twinkle of the eye was my other worst nightmare.
The window glared in the grey cloud's light above us and the book reflected mockingly. The girls inside crowding the bookshelf that clearly marked the erotic book.
"It seems you are interested in that book. Shall I purchase that book for you? For it's alternative uses." I snapped out of my surprisement and turned around Sebastian with a flabbergasted open mouth hanging on it's hinges.
"S-Sebastian!?" I exclaimed shocked and just not believing he would accuse me of such things.
"Well? I am always happy to do anything for you. Including-" "Not listening! LALALALALALALALA!" I covered my ears tuning out Sebastian's words.
"I know you can hear me." He stated amused. "Not listening!" I then turned around even though I could hear him.
He sighed at my childish response.
"Kaoru, please, if you are going to do that please do it more quietly. People are beginning to stare." He hushed slightly touchy when angered.
I then stopped and looked around me. People were staring and not in a good way. I stopped and grabbed Sebastian's hand taking it by the wrist and running to a different area. Where people hadn't seen us nor cared.
I stopped at a corner around the bend.
I looked over the brick wall that was the half way mark from where the group of people were watching. I watched as the group of people dismissed our strange leaving and just simply carried on with the flow of street traffic.
"Good, you really got me going there for a second Sebastian." I joked as I returned to Sebastian who was behind me currently amused by my sudden actions.
"Kaoru, you do realize that you have practically just held my hand for exactly seven point three seconds." I thought for a moment and realized that was right. Jeeze, did he need to remember the exact length of time?
"I only grabbed your wrist for that much time. It's not anything special, jeeze. And why is it that when two people hold hands of the oppisite gender it's in a special way of some sorts?! Humans are simply creepy." I crossed my arms in protest and looked to the side mumbling. Sebastian chuckled.
"I may not know why as to that reason is out there but it still holds it's meaning. Therefore we have just commited a intimate act. There is no defying it."
"Sure... Whatever you say, dearest butler." I rolled my eyes.
"Of course, most beloved maid." He combatted with a closed eye smile. He had never called me that nick name though.
"What's with my nick name? Mine was clever but yours... Meh. Only you would refer to me as beloved." "And as you would call me dearest, beloved." He took a strand of hair and let it fall naturally. I only huffed.
"Whatever, nicknames aren't important right now." I walked away knowing Sebastian would follow. He chuckled.
"Says the one who originally gave me mine." He followed by my side with a amused closed eye smile. I rolled my eyes ignoring.
"Well, whatever. It doens't matter." I turned a corner and he did next to me. We bumped into each other due to the fact we were to close to turn the corner without doing so. It felt weird though. Bumping into him. I had a strange sensation.
It was as if fireworks shot off inside of me. Not in a romantic way but more of a tingling sensation. It poisoned the pit of my stomach and moved through my heart in a another warm tingly sensation. What did that mean? Was I falling... No, I will not. Shall not. Who knew just bumping into him would be so dramatic?
