Mirror, Please, Please, Lie to Me.

Mirror, please, please lie to me.

Tell me I see differently than what others see.

Tell me how to agree!

Tell me I'm as pretty as can be.

Mirror, just be kind to me.

Tell me those ten pounds aren’t really there,

Tell me I’ll look good in whatever I wear.

Tell me they don’t stare.

Tell me all those people really do care.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?

Just say it’s me! Say I look flawless, like a doll.

That’s all I want you to say, after all.

Mirror, Tell me I have it all.

Mirror tell me I'm perfect!!

Tell me I'm not wrecked.

Tell me I deserve respect.

Help me keep all I have left.

Mirror, don’t just lie to me.

I know you can’t change me, or what I see.

But instead, Change how I see.

When I look into you, show me a person who loves me.
