Chapter 26

Sorry it’s late. :(

Ok, let’s get to the point. I don’t know why, but I feel like there’s thousands of mistakes in this chapter, but I can’t find them, so I hope it’s not too bad.

I was going to attach the video of Patience, by Guns N Roses, to this chapter, because you all are so impatient, wanting Leah to find out about Adrian and Vicky, but silverangelwings12 told me about this song, that fits the story pretty well, so take a look at it.

Chapter 26

Adrian

I woke up with Vicky’s head on my chest, her leg tangled with mine and her arm around my waist. She looked so peaceful. I don’t know how long I spent admiring my girlfriend and enjoying the feeling of her skin against mine.

I glanced at the clock and realized we didn’t have much time. I sighed, wishing I could stay in bed all day with her so we could repeat last night’s activities.

Ok, those thought weren’t helping, considering she was still completely naked beside me. I really needed a cold shower, so I quietly got out of the bed, trying not to wake her up. I collected my t-shirt and pants from the floor, grabbed the bag I brought with clean clothes and headed to the bathroom.

Once I was dressed, I put on my shoes and went downstairs to prepare something to eat. I wanted to surprise her with breakfast in bed, even though there wasn’t much I could do. If I had more time I could cook something nice, but since I was in a rush, I made eggs and toasts. I got some orange juice from the fridge too and went back to the room.

When I got there I almost dropped everything to lie beside Vicky. She looked like an angel with the sheets over her body and her light brown hair all over her neck and bare shoulders, contrasting with her pale skin. How the hell did I not notice her beauty before the past couple of months?

I put the tray in the corner of the bed and sat beside her, brushing the hair off her face, kissing her lightly on the lips. She moved a little, but didn’t wake up. I hated that I had to do that, so I just put my hand on her waist and whispered in her ear “Time to wake up, Sleeping Beauty.” I’ve woken her up like this a couple of times before, but now my lips touched hers when I spoke.

“Adrian, I don’t want to get up, come lay beside,” she said half asleep.

“I’m sorry V., but you have to go to school and I have to go to college. What will your mom think if she comes home and find the two of us cuddling in your bed?” In fact, there were some other things she could see if she opened that door.

“I don’t care,” she murmured.

I chuckled. “Come on, V. We can stay on the bed some other time.” Maybe I could take her on a trip on a weekend. She couldn’t tell her mom, of course, but maybe Leah could help us telling her they would be together or something. Wow, I’m a really bad influence, planning on having my baby sister helping my girlfriend to lie to her mom!

She finally opened her beautiful eyes and I couldn’t help but smile. I love her eyes.

“I really don’t wanna get up,” she pouted.

“I know,” I replied. “But we don’t really have a choice.”

She nodded and sat up holding the sheets around her body. Thank god for that, I don’t think I could take it if I saw her naked again. I would probably forget all about our plans for the day.
