No one seems to unhook
These darting blades I took From the way they judge my look, So I just weep at my secret nook. No one seems to know All these insecurities I swallow, And for me to last tomorrow, I have to wear this mask of Zorro. No one seems to care As I walk down the trail, each time I prepare From those piercing eyes that stare. So I hide behind my hair, as always, feeling bare. No one seems to feel These dreadful emotions I conceal. This might be a nightmare, an ordeal. Please wake me up, make this life unreal. No one seems to dry These silent tears I cry, With this poem, I can only try To block those eyes that pry. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Please Vote and Comment. (",)
