My best friend Chelsea walked up to me and Brad talking at free period "OMG, guess what Allie said to me." Brad say "What OMG I love gossip!" "Well she told me that Katie told her that Jake told her he thought Cassie was pretty." At that point I am positive the world stopped turning when I screamed and fainted.

"Cassie-Cat" "Dude what happened" Wait I know that voice. My eyes opened Brad and Jake were standing over me Chelsea was sitting next to me. Brad almost opened his moth and told Jake why I fainted but I put my hand over his mouth and said "Help me up and take me to the nurse." Jake helped Brad help me up and told Brad to go to class he would take me to the nurse. As Jake was taking me to the nurse he said "Not a very good way to spend your birthday huh." I just shrugged in embarrassment I felt like he was laughing at me, like he knew why I fainted. "Can you Talk, Cassie. Are you ok." "Yes Jake I am ok I'm just shook-up, kind of scared." "You will be ok, so why did you faint" I did not answer. Jake whispered in my ear "Earth to Cassie." I shrugged and i think my face turned red because he tickled me and made me laugh. "Here is your stop pretty lady see you in math."

That was it I smiled so hard all day my teeth hurt. That night I got another text from Jake. "Good night Cassie"
