It's the day of the test. Like in my dream, I finished early. I glance over at Cami, her eyebrows are furrowed and she looks confused. Then, her face relaxes and she scribbles down an answer. She smiles and takes a deep breath before walking up to hand in her test. As she walks back, I mouth, “How'd it go?” She gives me two thumbs up and a wide smile. I hope she did good.

Mr. Brown grades tests right away and hands them back at the end of class. I'm waiting for Cami in the halls, she hasn't gotten hers yet.

She finally walks out, with no emotion on her face. Uh, oh. She did bad.

Her frown turns into a smile, “I got a 97!” she shrieks. She hugs me excitedly, “Thank you so much!!! I couldn't have done it without you!!”

I let go of our hug, “Congrats! I knew you could do it!”

She smiles widely and jumps up and down, “I can't believe it! Yay!! I've never gotten this high in bio, it's my worst subject! Thank you so much, Marcel!!”

We walk down the halls to our next class.

“Since you did so well, we should celebrate tonight,” I tell her.

“Like what?” She smirks and looks at me.

“Frozen Yogurt?”

“Yeah! That sounds good!”

“I'll pick you up tonight!”

“For once I don't have to be the chauffeur? Look at you, Marcel. Livin it up, fro yo and driving all in one night!”

I laugh and playfully hit her shoulder.

Someone walks by and trips me, but Cami grabs my arm before I fall.

“Jerk,” she mutters.

I shrug.

I knock on Cami's door and wait for her to come outside. Her mom opens the door, “Next time, just come right in Marcel!”

I smile and walk in. I stand in the kitchen and wait for Cami. She walks in, her vans in her hands.

“Let's go!” she says.

“Put your shoes on first, Cam!” Beth says.

Cami groans and leans her head back, “Fineee.”

Once Cami's ready, we head out to my car.

“Looks brand new,” Cami says.

“I don't use it much,” I tell her, getting in the car.

Cami turns on the radio and I start to drive. She finds a song she likes and starts dancing and singing.

I laugh at her goofy singing and crazy dance moves.

“WHEN YOU'RE READY COME AND GET IT! NA NA NA, NA NA NA!” Cami shouts.

I can't stop laughing at her. After five songs of Cami's dancing and singing, I pull up to the frozen yogurt.

“What are you gonna get?” Cami asks when we walk in.

I blush, “I've never been here before. How do you do it?”

“I'll show you! Follow me!”

We pick out our flavors. Did you know you can get multiple flavors? I got chocolate and strawberry. Cami got vanilla and orange. Then, we pick out toppings. There's so many toppings. I get some oreos and strawberries. There's these little blue bobas, they look good.

“Where do you wanna sit?” Cami asks.

“Actually, we're gonna go somewhere else to eat it.”
