Chapter 1:

“I will love you forever and ever Rose. You are my everything and I will come back for you, one day”.

-The line that the world famous Noah Anderson said to me eight months after we began dating. Eight months that were hands down, the best times of my life. But there was only one thing on his mind most of the time. He wanted to move to America, but he couldn’t do that with an un-famous 17-year-old girlfriend back home in England. No, she would just hold him back from taking Hollywood by storm. She wouldn’t be able to cope when he is flying around all over the world all the time, working with gorgeous co-stars on his latest blockbuster film sets. She isn’t strong enough for a lifestyle like his.

We took a break, deciding that he should do his thing, and I should do mine. Create something of myself, instead of being an unemployed teenager. Noah was thousands of miles away from me, forgetting about me, a model on each arm at public events where fans were screaming at him for an autograph and a picture.

Me? Well I had something of Noah’s that will forever remind me of him, and won’t be going away for a long, long time.

“Nathan, babe, time to wake up” I shook him gently, causing him to roll away from me and pull up his duvet covers to cover his head. “Oh come on darling, you don’t want to be in bed all day, you’ll get all smelly, eurgh!” I scrunched up my nose, making a funny face and sound. Nathan slowly pulled the covers back down, showing his cute little face to me.

“I don’t want to be smelly mummy, Teddy doesn’t like it when I am smelly” My son looked up at me from his big boy bed, his eyes still half open from where he wasn’t fully awake. Sleepy dust settled in the corners of his eyes, irritating him. He rubbed his eyes with his fists in tiny balls, yawning loudly.

“I know he doesn’t, that’s why you need to get up now so I can get you ready for Nanny’s house bubba. Mummy has work today, so I can’t look after you unfortunately. But you like Nanny’s house, right?” He nodded at me, now sitting upright with teddy in between his small hands, “your cousins will be there too I think, well, Owen and Lauren will be there anyway, so you can play with Owen can’t you?”

Nathan moved onto my lap, which was perched on the edge of his small bed. His arms went around my neck as he placed his head on my chest.

“Come on sweetie, I know you’re tired, but mummy really has to go to work soon, and Nanny won’t be happy with me for giving her a tired little boy to look after” I gave him a quick kiss on top of his beautiful dark brown hair. He turned to look up at me, his light blue eyes drawing me in automatically. They stand out so much, especially with his olive complexion and really dark hair. He reminds me so much of his daddy, but its been so long now, four years since I last saw him. The short break we were meant to be on seemed to be a lie. It’s been four years and he has never, not once come back to visit me or his own family. It seems as if we have all just disappeared from his life completely after he moved to America with his manager.

His mum, Angela was devastated that he had cut her from his busy lifestyle and different ways. She had other children too, but she never expected her youngest child to be the one to ignore her for the rest of their lives. He was the one who achieved fame from a very early age. He was spotted on the busy streets of London as he was Christmas shopping with his family and the agency decided he would be great as a role in a major film and was asked to audition. Of course, he got the part and his family were ever so supportive and proud of their youngest sibling or child. He was known as the teen heartthrob in Great Britain. Posters of him covered young teenage girls’ bedroom walls in all his latest roles and model shots. Lipstick kisses covered his face from where they kissed his lips goodnight before they went to bed.
