Arthur Kirkland woke up with his head pounding and a naked girl at his side. He looked down and realized he, too, was naked. Arthur smiled to himself for a moment but then that moment passed, realizing he must leave before the strange girl wakes. He sat up slowly, putting a hand to his aching head. He groaned loudly. "Damn head."

Oh, the pains of having too much fun the night before. Was it even worth it? Arthur thought so seeing as he would do it every night.

The captain stood up, shaking the spots from his vision. He pulled his pants and shirt on over his lean body. He put his hat on his head crookedly, smirking. He threw his large jacket over his arm haphazardly.

Arthur then proceeded to actually look around at his settings for the first time. He was in a small bedroom in an upper level, judging by the view from the window. He looked at the ceiling which was low and almost hit his head. Arthur stooped into a crouching position to look out the window.

The city was lively even in the wee hours of the morning. Business men walked up and down the street. Tch. The pirate would have to wait until night fall to go back to his ship. He did not want to risk the chance of being caught.

Arthur stood nearly hitting his head on a wooden support beam. He groaned and worked his way downstairs. As he descended, he put his bright red captain's coat on. He discovered he was actually still in the pub he had brought Sofia to last night. Sofia...

"Damn it!" Arthur swore. He had no idea where she was. He had left her with Francis after Francis almost blew the captain's brains out. That vile scum probably took her to his own room to make love to her. Arthur hit a nearby table with his fist. "Damn it! Damn IT! DAMN IT!"

A young lady in a waitress outfit came out from behind a door. She smirked when she saw the pirate. "Captain Arthur Kirkland. Pleasure to finally met you," she said teasingly. "I had heard you had wandered into our pub." She leaned against the bar counter, showing quite a bit of cleavage but Arthur was too preoccupied to notice.

"Aye. It seemed I have. Mind...telling me where a certain friend of mine has gone?" Arthur ran a hand through his hair, trying to calm himself. He looked at the waitress, grimacing.

The lady smiled, tilting her head to the side. "Why not?" she said.

"Right. It was a man and a lassie. The man had blonde hair to his shoulders. The girl..." How to explain Sofia? Arthur looked down at his feet, thinking.

"Go on~," the waitress prompted.

"The lassie had...small breasts."

The lady laughed. "And? I do not look at breast size."

"Brown hair to her waist in a braid, a blue satin-lookin' dress, and wide, child birthing hips," Arthur finished describing Sofia and looked at the waitress.

"Ah. I believe the pair went to the inn next door. Probably to--"

Before she could finish, the pirate was out the door and across the street before he got noticed. He walked inside, slamming the door behind him. "Tell me who rented a room last night. Man and girl. Tell me where they are now!" Arthur demanded to a man who he assumed was the owner.

The owner jumped and looked at the pirate. "I...euh...... They're upstairs in the first room.

The captain bounded up the stairs and kicked the door open. Francis was asleep on the bed with only his shirt on. Sofia, however, was nowhere to  be seen. "WHERE IS SHE?!" Arthur yelled.

Francis sat up and rubbed his eyes. "Hmmm~?" he mumbled.

Arthur stomped over, took the other man by the shirt and held him five inches from his own face. "WHERE IS SOFIA?!" he screamed in Francis' face.
