Valusha finds himself given a task to do, he is to contain a demon, one that will take over his mind, body and soul and paint it black. He is sent on a mission to find the one good demon that was let out of Pandora's box; Hope. Aikaterine is not only beautiful, talented and pure, she is also the holder of hope, the one person Valusha has been sent to destroy seems to be the only person who can free him of his own demons. ** ** Chapter 1 It was a warm, mild and cloudless night when I was sent back down to hell. I had been there before, once, centuries ago. I never expected to be sent back down there, they call it hell for a reason, it is a living nightmare, a place some people are lucky enough never to see. Hell was a place for the purely wicked and being a Nixton, I was anything but good. We Nixton's are half human half demon, when my dearest daddy had found my mother giving birth to me, he'd killed her, luckily for me, an angel had prevented him from finishing the job, I have no idea why, but I don't care, angel probably got sloppy. Even though I was free, I was still a hybrid, I spent the best part of one thousand years running and hiding from hell and heaven until I crossed Galen's path. Galen was a Nephilim, half-human half angel. Although Nephilim were still-hunted, they were not as lowly classed as the Nixton. For some time I thought of Galen as a friend, that was until he sold me out. I found myself locked up in hell for a few hundred years. Trust me when I say it was not a pleasant experience. Why I was not killed is beyond me. It got to about 4000BC when I finally escaped. I don't know the full story but I know that some female named Pandora was curious and opened some box that contained hell's most troublesome demons. Not my problem of course, but hell went wild, earth lost more than half of its population and hell was furious, mainly at heaven since it was their warrior who opened the damned thing. As you can imagine, in trying to round up the escaped demons, security was lax and I easily managed to escape without being caught. Which leads me here. Welcome to 2009. I may be old but since I haven't aged since I was nineteen, I think I look pretty darn good for my age. The best thing about being a teenager in 2009, is the women. I'm old, I've seen my fair share of females, hell, I've seen Succubi, werewolves, angels, demons, pixies...you name it, I've seen it. Nothing shocks me anymore however I have a fantastic eye for beauty and I'm back in the heart of it all. I'm back in Greece, and god does it feel good. I haven't been here in what...3000 years? And you know the ironic part? I'm here on a school trip. 'Mr. Meladona, can you please pay attention?' Grinning to myself I turn back to look at the statue. The three graces. Don't get me started on those females. Beauty, mirth and good cheer? HA! More like dagger, sword and axe. Of course, I wasn't going to say anything. I was too busy admiring miss Helen barns beside me. Helen was in my class, the perfect example of a well-bred female, nice body, nice neck but those clothes she wore were horrible. I had been making plans to give her a few tips later on in my hotel room, but I was rudely interrupted. After a tiresome day of looking at random pointless hunks of marble and clay I finally got a rest. The hotel was only the best for the rich spoilt kids I had come on this trip with, I was awaiting for my strawberries and cream to come when I felt the aura of a powerful being in my room. The aura radiated around my own, making me alert, I readied myself for battle, however what I turned to see I knew I couldn't fight. It was one of Lucifer's maids, a lower demon, but a full demon on the less, I could win her, my own powers were far above her own, however it was the creature next to her I was fearful of. Cerberus was not a creature to mess with, he had been granted guardian of the underworld for a reason and not because he was a cute puppy. The three headed dog growled at it caught sight of the fireball in my hand. I quickly snuffed it out but keeping myself alert none the less. 'Hello Valusha' the maid said, I noticed her tongue was forked like a snakes. The sound of my name rolling off that tongue make me quiver, I hated my name, in the modern days I called myself Zach. 'You are a hard person to find'
