    "Tara!"

    I turned my head and looked around where the voice lead to.

    I spotted Darren walking towards me as I sighed.

    "What do you want?" I asked.

    "Just wanted to tell you that I asked Stella out and she said yes." he said.

    My eyes widened, "No way."

    "Yup. You were wrong last night, Tara." he said.

    "Ah, whatever. I'm no fortune teller." I said, "Now will you excuse me? I have to pee."

    "Thanks for sharing." he said, sarcastically.

    I scurried to the nearest girl's bathroom and ran into one of the stalls.

    When I was done using the bathroom, I walked out and headed to the cafeteria.

    On my way there, I ran into Ashton.

    "Hey Tara. Good timing." he said and handed me a cup of Starbucks coffee, "For you."

    "Aw, thanks Ash." I said.

    "So, I heard Darren asked Stella out." he said.

    "I know." I sighed, "I told him not to last night."

    "Why?" he asked.

    "Because it's too early. It's too soon. Would you ask out a girl who you've known for a day?" I said.

    "Maybe..." he said.

    I looked at him, "Really?"

    "It depends." he said, "If I really like that girl."

    "But don't you want to get to know that girl better before you ask her out?" I asked.

    "Well, yeah but..."

    "But?"

    "Nevermind."

    "Ashton, tell me."

    "I said, nevermind. It's nothing."

    "Ashton..."

    "It's nothing."

    "Ugh, guys are such douchebags."

    "Excuse me?"

    "You heard me."

    "Hey guys, did you hear about Darren and St---"

    "Yes, Lora. We know about Darren and Stella." I interjected.

    Lora looks at me, "Oh...well, isn't it shocking? Darren's such a dork and he asked out the new girl."

    "I have to go talk to him about it." I said.

    "Oooh, Tara doesn't approve." Lora teases.

    "And I'm going to go ask Stella about it too." I said.

    "Don't you think you're being a bit nosey?" she asks.

    I looked at her, "Nosey? I am not being nosey."

    "Just asking." she said.

    "I'm just curious and mad." I said, "I'm...I'm murious!"

    "Murious?" Ashton repeats.

    "Yes, murious." I said, "Now will you excuse me? I need to go talk to Darren about this."

    I walked off and headed to the cafeteria where Darren and Stella were.
