The Female Bodyguard...Chapter 14 (Old)

 Running through the harsh wind, the rain puring down. My runners splashing around in the puddles as I tread-ed through them.

And the only thing on my mind?

Tyler.

Even out here in the cold, I blushed every time I remembered him seeing me in my little Hello Kitty shorts and singlet.

Tyler.

I just wish my mind would just shut up! Tyler is nothing but a stupid rich guy who happens to be my employer. Nothing else.

Then why do you blush every time you think of him? Why do you think of him at all?

"Shut up!" I screamed out loud. Some people passing buy stopped talking and shuffled along, looking at me like I was some crazy girl running around the streets drunk.

That just made me run faster.

"Sarah, wait! It's me, Tyler! Sarah!"

'Dam my mind. I was thinking of Tyler so much, his voice sounded like he was standing behind me.'

"Sarah! Wait!"

Oh crap, it was Tyler. By then, he had managed to catch up with me as I slowed to a jog. "Tyler? What are you doing out here?"

"I-I wanted to come after you, I had to tell you something."

"And it couldn't have waited until I got home? What could be so important?"

He didn't say much for a moment, before grabbing my wrist and shaking it.

"You say your smart, but really your quite dumb!"

I stared at him. I didn't understand what he was trying to say.

"Why do you think I broke up with Yasmin? At first I was just trying to get you to show that I could get any girl. Then you beat up those thugs. At first O hated you but only because you resented me! And then when we were going to school you sister asked me if I liked you! I said no, but I lied. I know I've only know you for a short while, but I've loved you ever since I've lied eyes on you!"

"Sarah, I'm in love with you!"

I gasped. I knew I looked stupid, like I was in some chick flick, but I couldn't help it.

"You-you love me?" I stuttered. "Your not lying, this isn't some stupid thing on tap right? It is, your lying!"

"Sarah, I'm not! Can't you see, I'm standing here, in the rain, risking my hair to tell you this! I love you, I love you, I love you! I will tell you that every day for the rest of my life if I have to, even if you marry, or have a kid, or two, or five! I will love you every day! And every day after that!"

I started to laugh. That was all I could do to stop myself from crying. I didn't know where this was coming from, it was just happening.

"Why are you laughing? You think this is funny? Me coming out here proclaiming my love for you-"

I pressed my fingers to his lips. He stared at me, studying my un-readable face for a moment.

He tried to open his mouth again, but I pressed my finger against it harder. I didn't want him to ruin the moment.

"Tyler, do you know what your saying? Because if this is a joke, I will tease you about it every day, for the rest of my life."

"You just said that you'd keep me in your life for the rest of yours."

I smiled, realising he had something in that thick skull of his. I nodded.

"Yeah, maybe I did."

He smiled. "Sarah, I-"

I cut him off.

"Oh Tyler, stop making this such a romantic piece of shit. You should know that I am Sarah Michelle, the toughest b*tch you'll ever meet." I smiled, laughing at the same time.

For the first time since he caught up with me, I realised that I was cold. The rain was pouring harder then before, and the street had mostly cleared. I was so wet, I couldn't get wetter. I saw my hair hanglnig lifelessly around my eyes, but all I could focus on was Tyler.

He's usually shagged blond hair hung in wet strands around his head, his eyes boring into mine. I culdn't help but smiling even bigger. This jerk loved me. And it was mostly because of Tori.

I couldn't help but thank her, even though she didn't do much.

"I'm loving Tori a lot at the moment!" I shouted. He looked confused for a moment, before realisation covered his face.

"So am I!" He shouted, before scooping me up into a big bear hug. My hands were placed on his shoulders as he twirled me round and round. I was smiling while he was laughing.

"Tyler, I think I love you too." I finally said after he put me down.

Placing his hands around my waist, he lent in. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him.

It just felt so right.

For once.

Finally, they kiss! I've been wanting to write this chapter for sooooooooo long! Now it's up!!!!!
