Chapter Three

A faint blush colored Yongguk's face as he ducked his head. "My apologies. I did not mean to disturb you." He didn't look at me as he spoke and I felt my heart clench.

"It's alright, I was just saying goodbye." I hung up with Cinna without taking my eyes from Yongguk who was still standing in the doorway, framed by the light from the hallway. "Is there something you needed?" My tone was open and friendly, I was telepathically willing him to look up and meet my eyes.

My telepathic abilities must have been better than I thought because Yongguk's eyes slowly raised to meet my own and now it was my turn to blush. "The members and I were wondering if... If you are not busy tomorrow, would you show us around a bit? We are new here and thought we could use a guide..."

The urge to Aww and coo like you would a cute kitten was strong but I somehow managed to restrain myself. I nodded my head quickly. "Absolutely. I've lived here all my life and I can show you around. If there is anything specific you want to see I can find it and if not, we'll just visit some local hot spots." Off the top of my head I couldn't think of any local hot spots from a town with only one red light but I'm sure I could make something up...

He smiled at me and I was quick to smile back. "That sounds perfect. I will inform the members. Have a good night." He bowed his head again and I copied the movement. He left and as soon as he was gone, I was up off my bed and in front of my full length mirror.

My uniform was only a little wrinkled because I wasn't at work long but my hair was a curly mess. The curls had all decided to loosen so that my hair was in big, free curls down my back and it was sticking up in the back from my quick turn when Yongguk surprised me. I drug my hand down my face and pouted at the blush that was still very prevalent on my cheeks.

Taking the time now, I decided to change into a pair of pajamas. I grabbed a pair of light gray shorts and a yellow and gray tanktop. I changed in my closet, as per usual, and padded out barefoot back into my room.

I flicked my window fan on when I passed it and checked outside for any spiders lurking at my window. The usual two were already in place, causing a fear filled shudder to make transit down my spine. I tried to stay positive about the two creepy monsters lurking just outisde the pane of glass. The only thing worse than a spider, is a spider you can't see. With these two, there was no hiding.

I crawled back onto my bed and sat, perfectly erect, before an unrestrained fan girl smile slipped onto my face and I started quaking with excitement. I grabbed a pillow as I fell backwards and burried my head in it, letting out a small squeal. I was still coming to terms with the fact that they were here. In my house.

I tried to calm myself, I was normally much more laid back about things, but there was no containing the raging fan girl now. I looked up at my ceiling and felt my still shaking arms and legs stop. How had I not noticed that, I asked myself. More importantly, how had Yongguk not noticed?!

Covering my ceiling from end to end was essentially a shrine to B.A.P. Cinna and I had posters, print-outs, drawings, and everything else with their faces on it up on my bedroom ceiling. With a nervous laugh, I thanked God that Yongguk hadn't looked up when he stopped in...

Eventually, I calmed myself enough to be able to function normally again. I could feel my eyes slipping shut as I sat up in my bed, writing down a To Do list for the next day. When I couldn't fight the sleepiness anymore, I set aside my tablet and set my alarm clock. I pulled my blankets up to my chest and grabbed my stuffed owl, Norbert. Slowly but surely, I slipped off slowly into a deep and dreamless sleep.

The sound of my alarm going off jarred me from my peaceful slumber. I shot straight up in bed and shut off the alarm before it had even finished ringing once. In the silence that followed I blinked my eyes slowly.
