What Have I Done? [In Re-Editing]

I was laying lazily on the couch watching some T.V program about odd shaped kittens, when look walked in. He took a look at me, lounging on the couch with my head tossed on several pillows, and laughed. I smiled, but it quickly turned into a yawn. These two little girls, were kickers. They kept me up all night! Luke walked over to me. He lifted up my head, sat down, and placed my head in his lap. I yawned in response.

"You tired?" He asked worridedly.

"Yeah." I yawned again.

"Go get some rest." He mumbled softly, while stroking my long hair.

"It's no use. These two NEVER sleep. Here feel." I grabbed Luke's hand and placed it on my stomach. Which was still small, but fairly big at the same time. I was about 5 months along, with twins. So I was bound to be a little big. Luke's eyes widened when he felt the little thumps against my stomach.

"Holy cow. They should be able to punch like their mom." I shot Luke a look of confusion.

"The pool, seneior trip." My eyes widened. The seneior trip seemes like years ago. Now I ws pregnant. And I had a boyfriend. Not that I'm complaining about either. I love thwm both....err I love all three of them.

"What do you want to do for your birthday then? If you won't sleep." OH right today was January 10th...How could I forget my own birthday?

"Umm I don't know.. I can't do much. Bed rest.." I trailed off. Luke simply smiled at me.

"Well Then I will meet you upstairs...In 20 minutes okay?" I nodded and Slowly made my over to and up the stairs. I was exsausted when I finally reached my room.  Being pregnant was tireing. I slowly closed my eyes, maybe I could sneak in a quick nap..

I opened my eyes to see Brianna, Jade, Kacie, Zac, Luke, Luke's mom, My mom, and and....Randi? What was going on here?

"Happy Birthday sweetheart!" My mom cried. I flinched away when she hugged me. It wasn't her fault what my dad did, but she didn't even help me. Sensing my discomfert my mom pulled away. I looked to Luke's mom.

"Hi!"I chirpped happily, his mom was nice...most of the time.

"Hello darling!" She wrapped me into a light hug. I hugged her back, and when I pulled away the look of hurt was plastered on my mom's face. I felt a small pang of guilt. I wasn't a bad person for doing that was I?

My thoughts were cut off by Kacie.

"PRESENTS TIME!!!!" She cried.

"You guys didn't ha-"

"Shut your face Emma." Kacie said glaring at me. I was about to object when my grumbling stomach innturupted me. I smiled, full of embaresment, around the room.

"Okay....does anyone happen to have food?" I asked sheepishly.

"Yup here." Luke threw me a thing of poptarts, strawberry flavored. I smiled. He knows me so well. He better, I am technically his wife. Even though neither of us remeber it... I opened the foil noisely and began to eat the yummy poptarts. Kacie handed me a medium sized pink wrapped presnet. I tore the paper open gentlly. I gasped Kacie had gotten me this adorable light blue maternity shirt, and one of my all time favorite movies. Tangled. I love Tangled! It was just so cute!I hugged Kac and grinned.

"Thank you! I love it."

"Good you better!" She said cracking a smile. I rolled my eyes and Jake handed me another present, from him I assume. It was green, my favorite color! I tore open the paper, made an......

"AWWWWW!" at what I saw. They were they cutest little pair of baby converse. AND they were neon green! How cute!

"I love them!"

"There's more, and that's because Kacie un invited all the men from your bridal shower." I smiled at Kacie, then dug through the paper. My hand stopped on something cool and metal. I pulled it out, and tears sprung to my eyes. It was a small silver locket. The locket I had given him on his fifth birthday. I was little, and I had given him something I loved, because he WAS my best friend.

"Jake" A small tear rolled down my cheek.

"Hey your the one who ordered me to give it back when you were gonna have a 'baby doll'" He laughed at what I had reffered to babies to when I was little. "Any who, open it." I looked at Jake with a confused exspression and opened the locket. Inside were two pictures. One of Jake and I when we were little, and the other was a picture of Jake and I at the party, from our seneior trip. When all this started. I smiled at Jake.

"Thank you so much!" Jake hugged me softly. When he pulled away he turned to Kacie.
