fighting royal

"Presenting the royal family. His majesty, King Demitruis the 3rd, Queen Lillianna, Prince Armani the 4th, Princess Skylina." Ugh I hate my name Skylina, I wish they just call me Skylar. We were at a royal dinner, every month all the royals get together and this month my family's the host. We sat down at the head of the table and food was served. . My plate was put down in front of me and as taught in school we all wait till everyone has been served then we eat but nobody was eating today, because they where all fighting over who the mystery soldiers are. Only a few new who they are that pretty much all of the kids here. All of the kingdoms were at war with the dragons, and right now are losing so us children put together a group of mysterious soldiers to help we have been helping alot and our connections go on to the towns children too.

I wasn't paying much attention till my father suggested that they catch them." I say we catch them and find out who they are" my father suggested " yeah" the kings chanted in agreement. "But Father why do we need to know who they are, if they don't want you to know who they are?" i  asked " That preposterous, what if they are spies try to earn our trust so they can send us to our doom." he said with her oice rising "What if their not who you think they are.?" i retorted "Skylar, it's starting to sound like you doubt you father." my father said now yelling I promptly stood up and left.

When I got to my room I slammed the door as hard as I could, gosh that door is heavy. I walked over to my vanity and looked in the mirror. I looked horrible I was so mad my face was red and was crying at the same time, my dark brown hair, was a mess and my light green eyes were red. I heard a knock at my door.

"Go away" I yelled, but they were detemined,"GO AWAY" "it's Braxton, come on Skylar open up" he begged.I got up and let him in. "Wow, you look like crap." "Thanks alot" I mumbled. "Oh, I was just joking. You look umm....... cute. Don't worry about what our parents said." "But how could he say that were helping them and they what to capture us. why cant just leave it alone. we may not be winning but were surviving and they can use all the help the can get. UGH!" i yelled "calm down" braxton said then he hugged me. i sighed and gave in and hugged him back. he kissed me.

"i got to go, if your Father finds me hear he head will explode." a laugh escaped from me. then i locked the door beind him before he could make another joke. My father didnt approve of us dating. i fact he had once attempted to split us by threating to fire him and pushing me and the prince of turkey together, he failed misably because the prince was arrange to mary someone esle.  there have been no resent atemptcs but my fathers not a quitter

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"i screamed " What"s wrong skylar"  Braxton said holding me, and kissing my tears. truthfully i dont know why he was in my room, but i am glad he is. "nightmares" he asked " what was it" "i-i d-dont r-remember but stay with me, please" " i will, as long as you want me"
