Draco's Point Of View:
I watched her as she lay on the seat, her back to me.
I don't know how I had ever discriminated her because she had muggle parents. Looking back now I see how stupid I was to have believed that was the right way to act. Just looking at her now I could tell there was nothing mud-like about her; in fact some people might describe her as beautiful.
I had had a hard childhood but I now wonder that maybe if I had had different parents, maybe just a different father, I could have ended up friends with Granger and the rest of the Golden Trio rather than enemies. Maybe I would have been sat there talking to her instead of sitting here thinking about what I could have done. We could have even been dating for all I know. Images filled my mind of my hands tangled in Hermione's long hair as she kissed me passionately while her hands slid up my back.
She let out a sigh and my imagination took a turn for the worse as more intimate thoughts clouded my mind. How I was coming up with this stuff I don't know; I barely knew Granger yet I was coming up with such vivid images.
"What do you want Malfoy?" She snapped.
I glanced away from her quickly and ordered myself not to think about her any more. As my gaze flicked back to her and my eyes met, I couldn't help but wonder how this was the same scrawny nerd I had teased all these years.
The final rays of sunlight captured her pale face causing her skin to glow softly and her brown hair tumbled messily over her head and I just managed to stop myself reaching out to tuck a stray piece of hair behind her ear.
She glared at me, waiting for an answer and finally I gave in. "I really have changed you know Granger." I told her.
"I'll believe it when I see it." She said before turning back over so that her back was on the seat.
The first thing I noticed about her new position was that her breasts were larger than Pansy's, which was quite surprising, but when Granger is wearing the school uniform you can barely see anything of her figure. As of now she was just dressed in her casual muggle clothes and I knew that she would have to change shortly.
"Goyle's right." She mumbled, "What is wrong with you."
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"We've been in here a full..." She quickly checked her watch and I saw a bracelet around her wrist. So Granger was the bracelet type. "20minutes and you haven't insulted me or called me mudblood once."
My gaze changed to the window and I realised it was true that I had been unable to keep up my bad boy act while I admired Granger. I saw houses in the distance and a smile crept upon my lips.
"I told you that I had changed." I reminded her. "Now I believe we've arrived."
Granger sat up and looked out of the window at the station drawing near. She got to her feet before turning to me.
"Time to go." She said.
"Granger you need to change." I pointed out. She glances down at her muggle attire and let out a cry of alarm.
"Oh no I was too busy-" She glanced at me quickly before looking away blushing slightly. She looked cute when she blushed.
"Don't worry I'll wait outside." I said.
"No peeking." She prompted.
"Don't worry I'm a gentleman now." I grinned.
"I swear if you peek I-I'll punch you. I'm quite strong for a girl."
"I remember." I said, or at least my nose does. She let out a giggle that made my heart race in my chest. I knew that, if I could, I wanted to make her laugh like that again. She blushed again as I shut the door behind her. I couldn't remember why she had punched me that day, something about that gamekeeper.
I stood patiently outside whilst she got changed and then I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and took a step back inside. Granger had changed back into her robes now and sure enough all the curves had vanished beneath the material. I just managed to catch a glimpse of a lacy red bra as Granger did up the clasps on her trunk.
"Allow me." I smiled and grabbed her trunk handle as well as my own.
