                                                                              Ella

Night two of me crying myself to sleep. I just don't get it. Kelly Baker, really? I mean my dog is more famous than her. Out of all the people in the world he chose to cheat on me with her? I don't get why he cheated on me at all. Was one girl just not enough for him? All i have to say is I'm sick and tired of these Rock Star types. Especially Nate. I know one word that describes him perfectly - Jerk.

I wrote in my Journal before heading off for the Vogue Magazine photoshoot. I bought the Journal yesterday, after my friend suggested I get one to write my feelings in, instead of venting to her all the time. Great friend, huh? I had to be at the studio in less than 30 minutes. I had absolutley no time for breakfast. I dropped my journal into my handbag as I walked toward the car.

Mom was already in the car in front of the hotel. I'm not surprised. To be honest this photo shoot means more to her than it does to me. Don't get me wrong I love Modeling, but sometimes I just feel like I need a break from it all. Especially after the whole Nate cheating on me thing. Mom stepped on the gas not long after I shut the door.

"How was your night sweetheart? sleep well?" mom asked.

That was my mother's usual way of saying good morning, but her tone today made it seem like she knew something was up.

"My night was fine," I answered "and yes I slept well why wouldn't I?"

Nobody knew that me and Nate were over. For all mom knew Nella was still going on.

"I don't know honey, you just look a little exhausted that's all."

of course I look exhausted, I thought, I was too busy crying over sir cheatsalot last night to sleep.

We were in front of the studio in as little as 9 minutes. Meaning I was 21 minutes early. Maybe there was time for breakfast after all.

I searched for nearby cafe's on my phone. Thank god for smart phones, I thought when i found a cafe that was close enough to walk to in less than 5 minutes.

The sweet smell of Cinnamon filled my nose as I entered Cafe Ole. My stomach growled at me once more.

"one mocha latte and a cinnomon scone, please." I said to the woman at the counter.

My stomach growled again. "make that two," I giggled knowing that she probably heard my stomach growl too.

The nice lady handed me my scones and latte and I didn't hesitate to take a huge bite out of it before even reaching the exit. Man, either i'm just really hungry or this is the best cinnomon scone I have ever tasted. I made a mental note to come back here again.

During my walk back to the studio a magazine stand caught my eye. Well not the stand more like the magazine it was selling.

"Nella No more"  That was the headline in big bold letters. Below it was a picture of Nate and Kelly holding hands, walking on melrose boulevard. You can already guess the look on my face after I read that. Can you say speechless.

The salesman tapped the $2.50 sign. I pulled out the money without thinking. Suddenly I didn't feel so hungry anymore. Now it was more like sick to my stomach. He didn't even properly break up with me yet. heck, he doesn't even know I know he cheated yet. Obviously he doesn't care enough to even dump me. Is that how worthless I am to him? I felt a pang of anger. I wasn't even sad anymore just angry.

I'll show him, I thought as I walked into my dressing room. I dropped the rest of my latte and my last scone in the garbage can outside the studio. After a few touch ups and an oufit change I was ready. I'm ready for my close-up

                                                                           Liam

"yes, I'm in front of the building right now." I said to my uncle. "No, I won't screw this mission up."

I hung up my cell and shoved it into my pocket. John fannet, I thought, Bringing him down can't be that hard.

His cooperation that is. For many years my uncle's been telling me about how John Fannet made his life a living hell and now he wants revenge. And I'm just the guy who can get it for him.

This place was busy. Very busy. I walked over to the blond woman at the front desk.

"I'd like to see Mr. John Fannet," I said in my best i mean bussiness tone.

"And you are," she said not looking up from her computer.

"Liam Carter," I said in my politest tone, even though I was clearly getting impatient.

She nodded and pressed a button on her headset. "Mr. Fannet, Liam Carter is here to see you," she said into the mic.

"He'll be with you in a moment," she said to me. "have a seat."

I sat down in one of the black chairs nearby. My phone Vibrated about four times while I was at the front desk. I opened my texts and three out of the four were from my uncle.

Uncle George: Be polite and don't get distracted

Uncle George: Under no circumstances can anyone know about the mission, capiche?

Uncle George: expect the unexpected

I replied with a "I know what I'm doing."

The fourth text, though, I wasn't expecting, even though my uncle clearly told me to expect the unexpected in the previous text but whatever.

Maddie: Having fun in NYC? Say hi to your sick aunt for me hope she gets well soon :) best wishes maddie <3

I stared at my phone. Shit.  I told Maddie I was visiting a sick aunt in NYC. I don't know how I was suppose to respond to this text now. Maddie is my girlfriend. well sort of. Uncle George suggested I get a girlfriend, you know, to "fit in"

The elevator dinged and a tall-ish man with greying hair stepped out. He was wearing a navy blue suit with a royal blue tie. I put my phone away and stood up.

"ah, Mr. Carter," he said as soon as he spotted me in the lobby.

He was one of those guys that shook your hand with both of theirs.

"I'm John Fannet owner of Fannet inc.," he said "well we'll just head to my office then,"

The two of us went to the elevator. I watched him press the number 12. The elevator dinged and we stepped out. He unlocked the door. And let me get in first.

"what do you think," he said

Everything was organized in neat piles on his desk and everything else had labels.

"it's great," I said with a grin

This is gonna be easy, I thought to myself.
