Romeo attached his hand to mine, pulling me alongside him. Though no matter how much I loathed him, I let him drag me wherever we where headed. Wherever, anywhere was better then near Jayden and his knowing eyes. His unsaid words...

The last everything was slowly changing from the last with a full stop, to just yesterday's last, no full stop. Yesterday's last words no longer held the title of our last. Our introduction from today where now our last said words. Jayden's, my last betrayal no longer lingered within the sheets. Now the last betrayal lingered on the tip of my tongue, the lie I spoke of not knowing who Jayden was.



But our last kiss... no.



There would be no new kiss to replace that last fatal one.



The kiss that destroyed everything.



There could not be another one. Especially now with Romeo's ring on my finger. If he (Romeo) weren't such a pompous idiot we would have never been in Los Vegas. We would have never gotten drunk and we would have never gotten ourselves hitched (-married). Even if Romeo and I where not actually together... technically we where, seeing as we where officially husband and wife. And If I where to share only one small, tainted kiss with Jayden now, It would mean another love affair. It would mean another betrayal. And most of all, It would mean that Romeo Lothario's life would be in certain danger. Well, more danger then Romeo had already put himself into by getting on my... not so good side, that is. That infuriating, pompous idiot! He - Romeo doesn't even know what he has done! What this means... we need an annulment NOW! Capital NOW! We absolutely cannot wait those three whole weeks!



Now Jayden found me...



Romeo's life is already in danger.



Jayden knows no limits, knows no boundaries. He is the utter most perfect example of tempting danger. He is the reason to so many of my golden rules. The reason why I enforced myself to follow a guide line. Having no control is dangerous. I have to stay away from him. Romeo and I, in Romeo's oh, so precise words, are 'so different yet so alike'. Though Jayden and I, we're not different at all. Just so extremely alike. That fact alone is the reason to what I believe held the immense attraction in our affair. He was fire as much as I was fire. And when fire mets fire, the fire becomes out of control. I become out of control. More out of control then before, at least. And no control is dangerous. Tempting, though dangerous. Just like Jayden. Tempting and dangerous. Tempting danger that lead to crimes of passion. Crimes. Passion. Jayden.



A squeak then a slam. Romeo had taken us through a side door that brought you from the outside and into one of the science rooms. Though usually they're locked? A glint of silver caught my eye. Romeo pocketed a key. Another squeak and a slam. We had left the science room and where now situated in a large corridor that connected four of the science rooms to the rest of the school. Romeo had pulled us to the middle of the room before he abruptly stopped, making me slam into his back. Stupid, cocky jerk. I took a step backwards and he turned around, staring directly into my eyes with his cold, coal coloured ones. Well, here it comes. Another round of yelling, arguing... unlike Jayden, Romeo was not fire. Though he was equally as dangerous, but in different ways. Romeo was gunpowder. And fire and gunpowder should never be mixed together unless you want an unstoppable force, an explosion, a collision...



Romeo remained silent. Motionless. Just staring at me. Five... Ten... Thirty seconds past. A minute. We remained silent, just staring at eachother. Two minutes. A warm feeling spread within my stomach and I noticed my breathing had deepened, the results from the look Romeo was currently giving me. Two minutes and fifteen seconds.
