A birthday to remember

          Mello was jumping around in his room alone when a thought crossed his mind. "I don't know if its the chocolate or the excitement..." He sat on his bed and hugged one of the three pillows tightly. "I wonder what he got me this time....Well he's worried about my blood sugar so its probably not chocolate." As soon as he finished that thought, Matt opened the door and plopped down on the bed. "Hey Mello." "Hey Matt, whats up?" Mello replied."Just trying to pass this hard level in my my game. I'm supposed to get over this ledge but it's too high to jump on." "Did you try jumping on that ledge over there?" "yeah, but it's too far away to jump from that ledge to the other." "Jump on it anyway." "Fine...OK now what?" "Um...did you try jumping on the birds flying around?" "...Uh...*beep*...*slaps face* Damn it!! That's so obvious! I'm so stupid!" Mail claimed depressingly. "Um... Hey! Ya know what tomorrow is?" Mello asked, trying to change the subject. 
           "Um... It's... Um... Hmm... Ah!... No... Uh" Matt replied. Mello frowned and hung his head. "Ha ha!! Like I'd forget my best friends birthday! Get real!" "Ha ha! Yeah...your right, what was I thinking?" Mello told his friend. "Okay...Soooo...What did you get me?" he asked with hopeful eyes. "I cant tell you, but I'll give you a hint, it has nothing to do with chocolate." Mail whispered. The next day Mello woke up st 5:00A.M to look for his present. He looked in the closet, under the bed, and under the pillows, nothing. After taking 2 hours to look, Mello gave up and just sat on Matt's bed until he woke up at 10:00A.M. "Well good morning sunshine!" Matt joked. "Ha ha ha, now where is it!!??" Matt could tell that Mello was very angry, but he didn't get angry, he got furious. "Well let me get breakfast first...jeez." All day, Jeeves talked his way out of giving his friend his birthday present. At 9:00 P.M, he finally ran out of ideas. "Okay, c'mon, what is it!?" Mello angrily demanded. "Okay, okay ya got me.." Matt slowly walked toward Mello and put his arms on his shoulders. "Uh...Matt? What are you--" Before Mello could finish, Matt pulled him to his "friend's" body, and put their lips together, in a kiss that lasted no longer than 2 seconds. Matt, smiling, let Mello go. Immediately after being freed, Mello bolted to his room, blushing, and locked the door. As he ran, Matt whispered back, "Happy birthday Mello"
