Melissa's POV

I can't believe Miley doesn't like Logan. He hasn't done anything wrong to her, and he makes me happy. Some people just aren't happy with one guy I guess. Logan picked me up a couple minutes ago, so we were in his car. He wouldn't tell me where we were going, and he put a damn bandana on my eyes so I couldn't see.

"Is the bandana really necessary?" I said getting more and more annoyed every second.

"Yes! I'm trying to be romantic!" Logan said, trying to sound hurt. I rolled my eyes, even though he couldn't see, and continued to be antsy in my seat.

"We're here!" Logan exclaimed. "Wait, don't take the bandana off!"

I groaned. Who started this cliché covering date's eyes with a bandana thing anyways? I need a time traveling device to stop it from happening.

"Tada!" he said, ripping the bandana off my head.

"M-McDonalds are romantic?" I asked

"I'm sorry, babe. The restaurant I originally planned was already booked. My Dad wouldn't pay a little extra to get a seat, so where we go after this is romantic," he said.

"You couldn't have gone somewhere, I don't know, less grody?" I asked.

"Grody?" he asked.

"It means gross," I said.

"Do you not like McDonalds?" he asked.

"No, but it is okay, I'll eat it," I said.

"I'll make it up to you, I promise."

"Come on, Logan; let's go inside before all the tables here are taken."

Logan wrapped his arm around my waist as we walked towards the registers.

"How can I help ya?" the worker asked.

"I'll take a number two without pickles and mustard, with a coke," Logan ordered.

"And for you, ma'am?" the worker asked.

"Um, I'll have a number two with mustard only, with a doctor pepper," I said.

"That'll be out soon."

"Why did you randomly decide to take me out on this date? It's technically out first," I asked.

"Oh... you know... Am I not supposed to take my own girlfriend out on dates?" he asked.

"Well, I mean you are, but I thought it'd be a bit better than starting off at Mickey D's."

"I said I was sorry, Mel. What more does it take?"

"I am a girl. It takes a lot."

"Whatever," he grumbled. Luckily, our food came to keep the arguing from continuing.

We quickly ate both not really wanting to be there any longer. I was antsy about where we were going while Logan seemed anticipated about it.

"Where exactly are we going?" I asked.

"We're going to my place. There's a creek behind my house that is really quiet and secluded. You would have the perfect view of the stars, and there are still a few fireflies still out," he said.
