A scientist, Ralph Harold, created something he thought could cure cancer. Living on a farm, with his 'experiments' and toys in his shed, he tests his new 'experiment' out on his dying father. Pretty soon he witnesses a huge transformation and his nightmares coming alive, as his father dies immediatly after given the dose of the virus he calls 'Project 966243', a project he's been working on for a long time.
