Sad (Poetry)
A Need To Die
I have a dire need and although I might try,
It's a need so strong that I just can't deny.
Memories flood of a boy happier though shy,
To a miserable man's size neck the rope now I tie.
Dear friend don't feel down nor dare you cry,
Should tears breach their dams their tracks will soon dry.
Since reborn as a free bird you'll witness me fly,
I'll loop, roll and soar then write your name in the sky.
I leave you this note so you can tell all who ask why,
The reason when death called I chose to comply.
So until our paths cross and we meet eye to eye,
Have a wonderful life alas here's my final goodbye.
