Do you care?

Do you care that the innocent are dead? Do you care that most of them

got shot in the head? Children get beaten, they're crying for help. But it's not like you care,

you don't know how they felt. Do you care about teens, and how they try to be cool? They ruin

their lives and drop out of school. Do you care about feelings? How boys sit there and laugh?

The girl cries herself to sleep because her heart tore in half. People are broke and need money,

so they start selling meth. But the drug deal goes wrong, and they get beatened to death. Do you

care that murders happen every day? Do you know how many lives were taken away? Some

people are miserable, and they get pleasure from a knife. But they can't take the pain, so they

end their whole life. A drunk driver hit a car, and off went the alarm. The girl's mother was

hysterical as her daughter died in her arms. Do you care about pregnancy? But the situation

gets tougher. If they're too young, they get an abortion, and the baby has to suffer. Do you care

about families? But wait, there's more. Wifes have lost husbands because you sent them to war.

Do you care that kids are born with disabilities? Do you think that it's fair? They get made fun

of every day, because people don't care. Did you know that people get away with assult? Yeah,

I bet you did . . . And they say it's not your fault? I have to admit, that I believed this was true,

but all of this nonsense, we put ourselves through.

So when you get down,

just keep your head high.

Look at the people around you, and then stare up at the sky.

Hey everyone! I'm so happy you all like this. One day I was sitting in class at school, and my English teacher told us that we had to write a letter to someone, about a strong opinion of ours. I didn't have any idea on what to write about, and at first I laughed. But then I realized I did have something I wanted to express to people, and I wanted to write a letter to Whom it May Concern, to see if it affects anyone else the way it has with me. And after all of the comments and reads on this, I can tell I'm not the only one who feels this way about the way we live in this world.
