Chapter 1

*10 years later*

Natalie's POV

*Beep Beep Beep*

I open my eyes and press the off button. I check the time and I see that it's 6:30 a.m. Ugh, it's too early to be up. I'm going back to sleep. I lay back down, but suddenly shoot back up again. Today is the day I go back to Ireland. I get to find Niall! But wait, I have school first. *Sigh* But at least it's the last day. I get out of bed to get ready. I head to the bathroom and turn on the shower and wait for it to get warm. I get in and the hot water feels good agaisnt my skin. I wet my hair and put in my strawberry shampoo and conditioner. I wash myself with lavender body wash making sure I get really clean. I get out the shower and dry myself off. I wrap the towel around my body and head to my room.

I put on my bra and underwear and go to my closet and look for something to wear. I decide on a green and white striped shirt, skinny jeans, and green vans. I check myself in my full length mirror and can I say, I looked pretty good. I go back to the bathroom to do my hair. I plug in my hair dryer and dry my blond hair. My hair is naturally straight so I do nothing else to it.

When I was 16, I dyed my hair from dark brown to blonde. I wanted to change my look. I was bullied before because of the way I look. I was made fun of my weight, height, and body features. I just wanted all that to go away. That's why I changed everything, from head to toe.

I got contacts, dyed my hair, lost weight, I even went back to my given name; Natalie. 

Lastly, I put on my contacts. Now time for my make up. I go back to my bedroom and go to my vanity and sit down. I'm not really a make up person, so I just add black eyeliner and mascara. I put a black bow in my hair and make sure it looks nice. Next, I put on my necklace that Niall gave me. I never take it off unless I'm going to bed. Anyway, I grab my bag and head downstairs. My house is a mansion, so it takes a little bit to get down there.

"Bye mom, I'm off to school," I yell. "Now wait just a minute. Give your mom a kiss goodbye," she said as she walks over to me. I kiss her on the cheek and head out the door. "Bye mom."

I get in my black camero and drive off to school.

My parents are pretty much rich. Ever since I left Ireland, they got better jobs and better pay. My dad has always been a lawyer. He was one of the best lawyers back home. My mom is a doctor. She is one of the biggest paid doctors. Me on the other hand, is pretty much spoiled, but I'm not one of those spoiled brats. I just don't really ask for much from my parents.

I get to school and park in my usual spot. I get out the car and start walking to the main entrance. I head to my locker and get my books for the first 4 periods. I shut my locker and I hear, "Natalie!" I turn around to see Jolina. I see her petite body running towards me. "Natalie! Thank God you are here," she said out of breath. "You need to see what the boys did for the Senior Prank!" "What! What did they do?" I asked. "Come on. I'll show you." She grabs my wrist and just takes off running towards the lunchroom.

When we say the boys, we mean Jaden, Seth, and Gabe. They like to be called, The Impratical Jokers, or as I like to call them, The Three Dumbasses.

As we reach the lunchroom, I see a crowd surrounding the vending machines. I run up to them and I see two machines filled with water bottles, but with fish in them. I was pretty much laughing my ass off. "Come on! There's more!" Jolina said. She once again drags me to the main hallway and there are cups filled with oil and water. Everywhere.

Okay, best senior prank ever.

The bell rings signaling that school starts in 5 minutes. Everyone was rushing to get to first period. It was pretty hard since the cups were in the way, but they managed. Meanwhile, Jolina and I were practically running.

We finally reach first period just as the bell rang. Our first period is Math with Mr. Bissell. We head to the back of the room where the rest of our "crew" was. There's Noah, Ashley, Daniella, and the boys. We literally have every single class together except when we have Spanish. Everyone except Ashley is in Spanish. Instead this loser took German. I sit next to Jaden and Jolina sits next to Noah. We sat down just in time too. Mr. Bissell is just starting class. I like Mr. Bissell. He always has these funny. stories about what he would do if he wasn't a math teacher or when he's old man. And he always have hilarious stories about his family. He also has these weird sayings, like "Cooking with crisco" "stupid is as stupid does".

I hope this day goes by faster.

***************

*DING* *DING*

The bells rings signaling the end of school. School is finally over! I am finally done with high school. Thank God. I walk out of Language Arts and head to the front of the school. Just looking around brings back so many memories.

I walk out onto the front lawn and I see that all my friends are waiting for me. They're holding this banner saying " We're going to miss you Natalie!" Aww, how sweet. Tears start forming in my eyes. I walk over to them and say thank you and give everyone a hug. I'm going to miss them. "Bye Natalie!! Make sure you skype us everyday." Ashley said. "Bye guys. I will miss you. And I promise I will."

I make my way over to my car while wiping the tears away and get in. I start the engine and drive. I'm actually going to miss high school.

I turn into my driveway and turn off the engine. I grab my bag and walk into my house. Dropping my bag on the floor while heading to the kitchen is probably a good start to my day.

FOOD! :) Haha

I grab me a banana and run up to my room

Now time to finish packing.

Hey guys!! Well the first chapter is up and I hoped you like it. This is the first story I have ever written so cut me some slack if it's not that good. If there is grammar problems, I'm sorry also.

Before, everyone used to call her Nat, but she didn't want that anymore so she went back to using her given name.
