Chapter 3

*Flashback*

All of us got our drinks but me and Jam forgot the straws. The four of us went over to get the straws. Jam and Alfonso got their straws first and headed into the theater. As Austin and I went to get our straws, I froze. There was only one straw left!
"Well, I guess we have to share a straw then, Jany," Austin said with a grin.
"Okay! That's fine with me," I replied coolly. I was grinning like crazy on the inside.
The two of us made our way to the theater.

*End of Flashback*

As I turned my attention back to the screen, I instantly regretted it. The murderer wad torturing another person again. I got so freaked out that I hid in Austin's chest. He laughed silently and put his arm around me. Oh my God, I think I'm in heaven!

*1 hour later*

Finally! That fucked-up movie has ended. I can't stand another person getting killed. When the movie said Prom Night I thought it would actually be pretty cool. It's actually about someone trying to kill everyone on their prom night. Now I know why the guys picked that movie.
It was 8:30 pm when we went out of the theater. We all stood near the entrance of MOA (Mall of Asia). There was an awkward silence in the air. Alfonso was the first person to speak.
"So anyone want to go swimming tomorrow? At the new pool, Blaze?" he asked.
"I'd love to go! I've wanted to go there since it first opened!" Jam said.
She was really excited and since Alfonso was coming she was more excited.
"Okay! That sounds great! Why don't we meet by the water fountain tomorrow at 8:00 am? Then we'll head over to Blaze," I asked
"Good plan. We'll go in my car," Austin replied.
"It's arranged! Well, see you guys tomorrow!" Jam said excitedly.
"Bye Jam! Bye Jany!" Alfonso said. He bent down and gave Jam a kiss on the cheek! She blushed.
"Bye Jany! Bye Jam!" Austin said and he leaned forward and gave me a kiss on the cheek! Oh my God! I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow!
Jam and I went back to Eastwood where we saw our housemother by the door.
"Are we late, Ms Honey?" Jam asked.
"No. I just came out for some fresh air. Go inside girls. It's getting a little cold out here," Ms Honey said to us.
"Sure. Good night, Ms Honey," I told her.
Good night, girls," Ms Honey replied back.
Jam and I went up to our room.
"I'm so excited about tomorrow!" I said to Jam as we got changed into our pajamas.
"Me too! I wonder how many packs those guys have?" Jam joked.
We burst out in laughter.
"Goodnight, Jany!" Jam said, snuggling under the covers.
"Night, Jam," I replied back.
I switched off my lamp and went to sleep fast.

*End of Janica's POV!
Alfonso's POV!

"Dude, wake up!" I said to Austin. We were room-mates.
"Ugh! What's the time, man?" Austin mumbled groggily.
"It's 7:00 am. We've got to meet the girls in an hour," I told him.
"Shit! Yeah! I better get up!" Austin replied finally awake.
"I wonder what bikini's they got?"
I laughed. Austin always talked about girls in bikini's, if we went to the pools. But, yeah. I wonder what Jam's going to wear?
I grabbed a towel and my swimming trunks. Austin did the same.
"Let's go!" He grinned.
We arrived at MOA with minutes to spare. As we walked over to the water fountain, we saw that the girls were already there. I was about to call out Jam's name when I saw that there was a guy standing next to them. I felt jealousy run through my veins. He was mostly talking to Jam. Who was he? Boyfriend?
"Dude. Are you okay?...Hello?" I heard Austin say.
"What? Oh, sorry man. Just thinking," I replied back.
"Thinking about Jammee, right? And you're wondering who that guy is next to her," Austin said reading my mind perfectly.
"No! I ..I...okay you got me," I surrendered.
