Hi!!! Before you read this, remember this is like in 2035 so their technology is advanced. This Story goes to different people. So when you see those stars it means its going to change people. And I'm just saying that the first very first part is kind of slow. But it gets better more towards the end. Trust me! Thats where more of the Action Starts.

INVASION

CHAPTER 1: The Beggining

Time: 7:00 am. 

Date: 10/25/2035 Thursday 

Place: Broklyn, New York

Planet Earth. A beautiful place. For many years humans have called it their home. They lived in their own shadows.For a long time the human race has lived on this planet not knowing what else was out there.Until Now. 

Today was the day!!!!!!!! Today was going to be the day that Luis Jones pulled the ultimate school prank. Luis dreamed of this day for a long time. He was the type of kid that craved excitement, so doing something like this is what he lived for. He jumped out of bed, and found the neatest pair of clothes he could find. He figured since today was such a big day he should wear a nice pair of clothes. Once he was fully dressed and his hair was lookin good, Luis went downstairs for breakfast. Luis had hoped he would go downstairs and find his dad (called George) ALONE. But unfortunately Luis came downstairs to find his dad making out with Susan. Susan was Georges newest fiancé, and they were planning their wedding on halloween night. 

See, Luis's Dad has been married at least 4 times, and every time George had a wedding he always planned it on a holiday. Last time it was Mothers day, and by the time THAT wedding was over the Bride was going to be a mother for SURE. Luis decided to just skip breakfast and head straight for school instead. Luis wasn't really popular at school. But he wasn't un-popular either. He didn't really care if he was popular, the problem was that Carly was popular. As you can tell, Luis had a crush on Carly. And the only way to date her was becoming popular himself. This little prank may just be enough. It was 7: 30 by the time he walked into school. He smiled at the sight of his car parked in the principals office. He was proud of himself for pulling THAT off. But why were there police there? In 2019 the government created a force specifically for stuf like this. If the police are here something big must have happened. Luis knew a lot. But he did not know that after he parked the car in the principals office a few kids had put drugs in the glove compartment and now the police think it's Luis who did it. Luis wasnt smart enough to realize that the school had cameras and his car still had a liscense plate. So Once they spotted Luis, the chase began. Luis ran and searched for a place to hide. He hid in an open locker just down the hall. He wasn't sure who's it was he just knew it was open. He closed the door and started panting as he heard the police and their dog come closer. He braced himself. Luis knew the police would catch him. If not, the dog would sniff him out for sure. Sure enough, the police found him and demanded that Luis come out. But instead he punched the police officer in the face and knocked him out. Nearby was another police officer with a gun. Luis didn't see him and kept running trying to get out of the building.The officer had no choice but to pull the trigger.

Time: 7:42 am 

Date:10/25/2035 Thursday 

Place:NASA Headquarters in Washington D.C

"Take off in 8 minutes." The big over head voice said. 8 minutes. Fred had to be at Mission Control in 8 minutes and he wasn't even on the same floor! Fred Gates was in charge of NASA's Mission Control program. He had just been promoted to this job yesterday and he was already running late. Fred scanned the area looking for a faster way up. The only possible way of going faster was if Fred FLEW to Mission Control. "Take off in 7 minutes." Fred was now starting to panic. He was still waiting for the stupid elevator  

doors to open. Fred cursed and wondered why the elevator was taking so long. It wasnt long before he found his answer. Fred wasn't at the elevator doors. He was waiting by the doors to the STAIRS. The elevators were a few yards away. Fred felt like an idiot. As he stepped into the elevator, he wondered how he could have accomplished something so stupid. With 3 minutes to spare Fred made it to mission control, sweaty and out of breath, but on time. When he came in most of the other guys were working hard, and he took a seat . "All clear to launch ,sir." one of the Mission Control Officers said. Fred responded and gave the all clear signal. The Rocket about to launch was called The Discovery. It was going to carry 2 men to Mars and safely back to earth in less than 2 weeks. Fred was excited about the first man on Mars, but he was also worried. The Discovery Space Rocket cost the U.S about 57,000,000 dollars. And if it failed all that money went down the drain. And not to mention the lives of 2 grown men. Fred prepared for the launch sequence.Take off in 10.....9.......8......7.......6.......5........4......3.........2.......1..........0. The Discovery launched in record speed, nearly the speed of light.
