Athan's P.O.V

"Athan are we almost there yet? Kate whimpered.
I turned around and looked at her again.
"Yes Kate, we are just coming a different way, and if you don't mind can you-"
"Who dares pass this gate." I heard a careless voice say.
I looked up and a teenage girl lay on a tall emerald column and ...reading a book? I almost laughed, but I didn't. Then she took her eyes off of the book and starred down at me. "if you hadn't noticed, the underworld is VERY cautious about who they pick to guard their gates. So don't think I'm not capable of destroying you all."
Yeah, she was probably right.
"Umm, we are here to make a visit to the umm...princess Hayden?" I said.
Her eyes went in shock, and she quickly flipped over a regular cell phone and dialed a number. Wow, it's like a human world down here but it's not. So weird.
I heard a muffled voice come over the phone and she said, "Yeah, I gotta dragon, a vampire, a werewolf, a phoenix, and a healer down here." The voice on the other line spoke again. "Nope, I don't see a demon here. Nope not an angel or nature spirit here either. Let them in? Alright. Bye."
They must've know about Bian, because he's all three of those things.
"You can pass, but if I find out that there's a demon coming through these gates, I'm going to kick your asses right off this bridge and the fall is endless, so be careful of this attempt you are making," And with that, she snapped her fingers and the large emerald column she was laying on became a large, black gate and it opened.
We stepped through and a small girl was sitting on a wooden chair, starring at her with her black eyes.

Kate's P.O.V

"Are you the 'friends' of Hayden?" she said putting air quotes around friend.
"Yup, we are here!" I said trying to be extremely polite. I don't know why I spoke, I just needed to see Hayden.
"Umm okay, but why did you guys come to the side gate instead of the front. Do you know I had to fly my ass all the way over here, and tell another guy that he had to go up there by himself. I swear I was-"
Luke was the first to interrupt.
"Wait. What did the guy look like?"
She looked up at the sky and pondered for a second. "Black hair, blue eyes, muscular" she said.
Our eyes went wide.
"BIAN?!?!!"

Hayden's P.O.V

"But what if he IS coming?!?" I yelled.
Lyle and I were now in the kitchen and he was fixing me some food while I sat at the bar stool. I was biting my nails away, and it was really weird for me to do. I usually didn't do stuff like that. It actually used to be pretty repulsive to me, and now here I am. Snipping them away one by one.
"If he is, we will take care of it, okay?"
I nodded my head, and then his cell phone rang.
"What?!?! He's entered. Coming up? When? Wh-"
His words were interrupted by the burst of a door. I heard footsteps and in came Luke, Athan, Kate, Louie, and Roe.
"I'll call you back."
He put his cell phone away, and I ran up to my friends. I was saying hi to everyone when in the corner of my eye I saw another pair of footsteps come walking in. I looked up and I jumped off of Kate's back and into Lyle's arms.
Bian stepped in between Louie and Athan. They then realized what was going on, and they were ready to grab Bian if they had to.
Bian took a step closer to me and I leaned into Lyle.
"Bian, don't come any closer. Leave, she doesn't want you here. Go. Leave. Before I call the gu-"
"I've already wiped them out," Bian spoke starring at me.
I was deathly afraid of him, and he came closer. I heard Lyle growl and he pushed me to the side.
"Can't you see she doesn't want you, Bian?!?!" Lyle growled.
"But..Hayden..Please, just please. Listen to me, Hayden. I love -"
I interrupted his sentence.
"I don't love you, Bian. LEAVE." I yelled.
He looked stricken by my words, but I didn't care. He still had hope in his eyes and I really had to get rid of it.
"I love someone else now, Bian. I don't love you. I can't stand you. I HATE you," the words that poured out of my mouth, I quickly regret. The first thing his eyes narrowed to were Lyle, and that's when the whole entire miniature war started.
