I looked around making sure he wasn't hiding, and looked out the door towards the hallway when I spotted my mother carrying her luggage.
"Hi sweetie, did you find a room that you would like to have for yourself" my mother asked.
"Yes mother, I really like this one a lot. What do you think about it?"
I grab my mom's hand and lead her towards the room I chosen. I walked in with her right behind me and immediately saw a frown on her face.
"You don't like it?" I asked.
"Of course I do sweetie, it is just I can't help the feeling that there was a reason I was never allowed here."
"Please don't tell me there was a fatal accident in this room!"
"Relax sweetie, no one died here, in fact, I think that the reason my grandparents did not let me stay here was because they wanted it for their lost daughter, who ran away at an early age. But she went missing in the year 1886, I never understood why they still never let me be here."
"Wait, so they did not let five generation of family members stay in this room?"
"Sort of, but if you want to stay here, I will let you, besides do you see another beautiful girl that wants this room?"
"Mother please don't say things like that! If I was so beautiful then why all the humiliation, aggression, and torment has happen to me? Don't tell me things that are not true because it hurts." Finally, I snap. Months of torments and depression, always hiding and crying in silent. Always keeping the pain to myself, never wanted to say a thing because of the fear of things getting worse, and I finally snapped. But the worst part is.... I did it to my mother, who's been there since she heard me screaming after the first nightmare, the first night it all started.
"I... Mom... I'm so sorry... I didn't mean to... I..." my voice started to crack. Tears slowly began to fall.
"Emily" A masculine voice said, it sounded like it was trying to comfort me. I looked towards my bed and there he was again. His dark purple eyes glazing towards me, he is very pale, like if he has never been in the sun. His dark black hair is cut with textured layers and styled in a windblown style. The hidden parting and forward swept styling frame the face and create a sexy, intimate look. Overall he is gorgeous.
"Emily... Sweetie... Its okay, I know it is hard to get over the whole accident, but you can't let others trick you into believing into something you are not. It's not going to be easy, but I will be here no matter what, you're my daughter and in my eyes you are more than beautiful, you should know that."
"Mom, I am so sorry for my outburst, I didn't mean it. But who is that guy sitting on my bed?" My mom turn towards my bed and had a confuse look on her face.
"Sweetie, I don't see anything. Maybe the lack of nutrition is finally getting to you; you haven't been eating well this week. Come on, it is almost noon, it's time for lunch."
I looked towards my bed and he was still there! He looks like if he is studying me, with a hint of confusion. Why can't my mom see him? Then he whispered, "My Emily," and slowly faded away. I blinked multiple times; maybe it is the lack of nutrition, and the lack of sleep, which my parents don't know about since my nightmares aren't getting any better. But still, why would I imagine a guy that I never even met, and yet he looks so familiar?
