Gone In The Night

            PROLOGUE

    I remember when I was young, I used to think my life was boring, nothing fun ever happened to me. On my sixteenth birthday, I wished I could have a little adventure in my life. I never thought about what form that adventure would come to me in.

CHAPTER 1


    I was awaken by my puppy's growling. I peered down from the top bunk.
"Hunter shush!" I whispered. The border colie looked up at me, cocking his head to the side giving me his cute face. He whimpered.
"Bad dog. Hush now." He whined. Grumbling, I climbed down from the top bunk. I spread the sheet out on the floor and layed down, covering myself with a quilt. Hunter trotted over to snuggle with me. I was asleep again in seconds.
