Loving Disaster

" Sure, Chase right?" I said in a boring voice as if I never heard him the first time.
" Ya, well I have something to ask you."
" I know. I heard you the first time." I whispered loud enough for him and everyone else to hear.
"Ya well... Never mind. I just wanted to ask if you could do me a favour. I hear you're the matchmaker in the school and I kinda have my eyes on someone." He said so quietly that even I could barely hear him.
I guess it is true. I am the 'matchmaker' in the school. Last year my friend Michael told me he liked Sarah, and asked me to be his wing man.  I did, turns out Sarah liked him as well. Next thing you know they go out a couple times, and there you have it boyfriend and girlfriend. Unfortunetly, Michael broke sarahs heart at the end of the year because he had to move to a new school that was located on the other side of town. But I think it was good for Sarah, she always has had an eye out for guys whether she liked them or not.

" So, will you do it?" Chase asked.

" Depends on who you are interested in..." I said in a sneaky voice.

" That's the problem, I can't tell you."

" WHAT??? How the hell do you expect me to tell someone how awesome I HOPE you are when I don't know who to tell?"

" Well I'll make you a deal." he said

" As long as its not some cheesy pick up line to go on a date with you so that you could tell me about your self." I said knowingly... I swear when I guy sees a pretty face all they can see is a dumb blonde... And I'm not even a blond... But I hate that remark considering one of my bffs are blond and happen to be one of the smartest people I know.

He looked at me sheepishly...

"Well... -"

I cut him off, trying to think of what I'd do...

" Ok fine." I said.. I mean how can you turn down such gorgeous eyes.

"Yes!!!" He screamed
And ran back to his friends...

" Guys that is how its done." I heard chase say...

Then all of the guys put their hands in their pockets and handed him 20 dollars each...

Oh HELLLL no...

I walked up to the guys and stared at Chase

"H-Hi Jay" Chase stammered

" Only my friends call me Jay"
" Well we're friends right." Chase said with a worried face.

" Ha! Well it depends, did you bet with ur 'friends' here that I would agree to go out on a date with you?" I interrogated.

" Funny story," I started. As if I'd fall for his bull.

" Save it for someone who cares" I said.
 Then I stormed off leaving him in front of his 'friends' who were laughing their ***** off... All I could do was smile... This was why I don't have any interests or chances with guys... They're all so. Dumb!

Ring Ring Ring... School bell. Great.

" Hey Jazz, I was wonering if you could sit with me at lunch today?" asked my friend Sabrina.

Sabrina is a good friend, very smart and quiet. It actually scares me how quiet she is.

" Ummm, I don't know if I can today Sab, maybe tomorrow.... But I can try.. During lunch I might go to the library to study or do homework. You know me." I said

" Yup, Jazz I think we all know you. You do realize that, right. I think you have been friends with everyone at the school, or you at least kow everyones name. Even me being as quiet and observant as ever, I still don't know everyone." Sab explained to me... Like I didn't know.

"Well, Sab, you know my moto, ' don't mak any enemies because you never know when you'll need a hand from someone.' and it's not like I'm the social butterfly, you and I both know that the social butterfly would have to be D, or as you call her Dezmond."

"Ya I guess you are right, but I still... I don't know, just... I'll see you later." Sabrina said ina very confused tone.

" OK," I said, knowing she couldn't hear what I was saying as she already walked away.

As soon as I got to my first class of the day, Science, I walked inside, preparing for a bad and boring class, only to find Chase, of all people in my seat Oh Hell no.

" What the hell are you doing in my seat. I've sat here since freshman year, and I'm not stoping now" I explained.

" Well, I'm not moving until you promise to go on a date with me." He questioned.

" Dude, really, I'm never ever going on a date with you, so back off, and MOVE." I whispered so that the teacher didn't hear.

" Ok, well  I guess you're gonna have to find another seat." Chase challenged.
