I Ran into a Vampire (Literally) Chapter 2


I sat in the parking lot listen to the radio for 30 minutes before kids started arriving at school but I stayed in my car until the first warning bell told me I had to get to class. As I started to shuffle into the building I heard my stepsister, Caroline, talking with her friends Vanessa and Paige.

"Look at her walking in her trying to look like she belongs. She is so ugly it doesn't matter how baggy her clothes are or how much she tries to hide her face beneath her hair everyone can still see how horrific she looks," Caroline said as her friends snickered.

It was obvious that she was talking about me and that she wanted me to hear but at that moment something in me snapped. I mean today was my birthday after all and I really wasn't that ugly I was just plain. But I still shouldn't have to put up with Caroline's bitchy attitude. So I walked straight up to her and yelled, "YOU KNOW WHAT CAROLINE EVEN IF I AM AS UGLY AS YOU SEEM TO THINK I WOULD STILL RATHER BE ME THAN BE LIKE YOU BECAUSE I'M NOT SOME SELF RIGHTOUS STUCK UP BITCH WHO DRESSES LIKE A FUCKING PROSTITUTE EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE IN THIS SCHOOL ALREADY KNOWS YOU'RE A SLUT!!!!"

Then I just walked away without another word leaving her stunned. However I did glace back to see she had recovered and was now talking on her cell phone and I already knew who she was talking to. It was the step-bitch she was probably telling her lies about how I hit her and made her cry when she was clearly fine and I never laid a hand on her. Put my step sister was famous for making up shit bout mi didn't do and I'll admit that stuff I said about her was harsh but none of it was untrue and I have but up with her crap for too long.

I went to my classes but to be honest the rest of the day was kind of a blur. You see when don't have very many friends at school and you don't have the time to study when you get home school really becomes pointless because you'll never get good grades and you don't have anyone to was the time taking with so I just zone out of the whole day as I mindlessly walking from class to class. Plus when you live Mackey, New York you find that nothing very interesting happens. I know your thinking that it is New York something has to happen but I live several hours outside the city so it really feels like any other small town. In fact I've never even been to the city because by the time I was old enough to go my mom had already gotten really sick and my father never cared enough to take me. However I always wanted to go the city seem so fun and exciting nothing like this dull town. It seems like every weekend I look out the window my step-bitch and step sis drive off to the City with my Father's credit card to buy more clothes whole I stay in my room avoid them all.

When the final bell rang I want out to the car afraid to drive home because I didn't know how elaborate my step sis's story was but I figure my father would be even more mad if I did get home right away and start cleaning like he told me to. When I got home I snuck in as quietly as possible so in hopes no one would hear me. I immediately got out the cleaning materials and started cleaning the living room but I soon realize that maybe I was to quiet because right to the side off the living room was my Father's office and I heard my step-bitch and father talking about me.

"DID YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID SHE BEAT POOR CAROLINE FOR NO REASON AND TORE HER DEISIGNER CLOTHES AND YOU JUST LET YOUR DAUGHTER RUN AROUND WILD!!!!" by step-bitch screamed. Now this might now seem like a lot to you but there is nothing my step-bitch loves more than her daughter and clothes. In fact she has an entire bed room devoted to her clothes while I am forced to sleep in the attic. If she thinks I messed with either I would get thrown out of the house so I'm scared to even imagine what will happen since she thinks I messed with both.

"CLAUDIA I SAID I WILL HANDEL IT NOW LEAVE SO I CAN FINISH MY WORK!!!" and with that the door swung open and the step-bitch herself stepped out. She saw me and gave me a death glare before walking over to the computer and she takes out shiny credit card. I guess the bitch is going to cool down buy trying to exceed the limit on my father's platinum credit card.

Several hours later the bitch left the computer and walked up stairs after spending what I'm sure was several hundreds of thousands of dollars. However I was still on the floor cleaning up the down stairs when ten minutes later my father walked out with a scrunched forehead and a tight mouth WOW he was mad my step sis and bitch must have really said some horrible things about what I did. He just stood over me and said, "WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
