Luna Ventus Unda = Moon Wind Water

Chapter 1

Aradia stared out her three story window, looking up at the moon. The shining moon. Aradia had always left close to the moon.

She never knew why but when she looked at the moon she felt at peace.

Her mom would be leaving soon and she would be alone with the moon. She planned on having her friends over Jezebel and Isabue.

They had been her friends since as long as she could remember there parents had been friends since young too and they're parents before.

Everything she did or thought about they knew. Jezebel had always had beautiful blue eyes. But it contrasted with her dark skin and brown light brown hair.

Though that just added on to her god look so many people had seen.

Isabue had dirty blond hair with eyes that change so much. On the day of her birthday her eyes had been blue as the ocean, the next day though when her fish died she had the darkest of brown eyes. Aradia had the darkest eyes all of them had ever seen with hair to match.

But was strange was that she had always been pale so her dark hair and eyes had always standed out so much. They would all ways joke about Aradia only loving the moon because it looked like her.

"Aradia! Honey I'm leaving. I'll be back later okay?!" Her mother Luna always left at night. Luna though would never tell Aradia the truth about where she went.

Aradia one night watched her pull and Head towards the woods and not the tinny town of Olympus.

"Yeah okay mom, Isabue and Jez can come over right?!" Her voice echoed threw the old Victorian house that stood out compared to the modern surroundings.

"Yeah don't worry have fun! Bye Aradia!"

With that her mother closed the door, leaving Aradia alone in her big home.

She always had the weirdest feeling in her house. As if she was being watched.

When she was little she always had thought that there were ghosts in the house.

But that idea was quickly dismissed when she asked her mother. Luna had simply answered with

"Baby, don't be silly there is no such thing as ghosts."

And dropped the subject.

She made her way threw the lonely wide halls. Pictures of her childhood were proudly hung up on the wall. In every picture her mom was right beside her.

Aradia jumped when she hear a bump on a window. She walked cautiously towards the open hole leading outside, letting the cold air come in.

She closed it gently. When she was doing so she saw that the sky was covered with clouds and birds were starting to form a circle high in the air right above her house.

Strange Aradia thought. She carefully moved from the creaking window and the disturbing scene behind it, and made her way downstairs to the kitchen.

"I swear this place gets creepier everyday." She said to herself. But she quickly regretted it when her voice echoed only making her feel more alone.

Her kitchen looked different from the outside look. It was all shiny, new, and expensive. Everything the house itself was not.

The hardwood floor shined as much as the steel fridge. These improvements though were new, and she missed her old brick walls and oven.

" What am I going to have this fine and lonely evening?" she said to the walls that had seen all that went on in the house.

DING DONG!

Aradia jumped and dropped the can of soda she was pulling out of the fridge.

"God!" she shouted. She bent down and picked up the soda murmuring under her breath as she did so.

DING DONG!

Irritated by whoever was ringing Aradia growled "I'm coming!" She stumbled over her frog slippers.

She slided along the hard wood floor to the door stopping with a thud against the door.

When the door opened Aradia was quickly relieved. "Jez! Isabue! I didn't even call you yet! I'm so happy you guys are here." They all embraced giggling and laughing as the walked into the foyer.

"How did you guys know to come over?" She asked not really wondering. They always were able to feel each others emotions and if they all were quite they could faintly here messages from each other, only if they were close though. That was what seemed so strange to Aradia.
