Blood Bound
By: Sarah-Laney Long
Here is a brief synopsis of the story (probably will be changed later as I finish writing the main outline of the story):
Long ago, in a far off land called Golkiensh a cheers from a celebration could be heard from the kingdom of Tildeman, as the sounds of the trumpets sounded announcing that the beloved Queen had given birth to not one, but two daughters. However, happiness is shattered when just a year later the land is engulfed in a war, that would change the course of history and their lives forever. Before they know it, one of the princesses is kidnapped by the enemy, yet many believed that she was killed and lost forever.
Eighteen years later, Crown Princess Naomi, has grown up to be a beautiful, elgant, young lady knight, trained by the Elders, themselves, to one day avenge her parents' and sister's death, and to take the throne when she was ready. And when, a stranger finds their way into her royal chambers to assassinate her, Naomi can't help but to smile at the chance to finally test out her skills. Yet the assassin gets away, leaving Naomi speechless from a stong feeling she felt while fighting her opponent. (more synopsis/and edited coming soon)
Here's the other short theme of my story:
Sisters, who become enemies...but are twins...and while they were still young there was a great battle on their land, and that's when one of them is kidnapped by the enemy...and is raised as one of them. And the other girl thinks that her sister was killed long ago, at least that's what she has always been told/heard. Yet, little hints are dropped throughout the story to tell her that she's not alone, that her sister is still alive. Years later That's when an assassin sneaks in, and tries to kill her. She doesn't see who it is only that she and the assassin (the other twin sister) feels a bond. Later, though all questions are answered and the sisters learn about one another, but they both have also grown up totally differently with true hate for the other's family/land. And so, they fight and epic battle at the end, and they find that only way to bring peace is to kill one another...or so they think.
