Hushed whispers woke me from my pleasant dream about chocolate muffins. Don't judge me...

I grumbled once I felt the warm rays of sun hitting my face and rolled over into the solid warm surface that I knew was Imani. The whispering continued until I opened my eyes to find two little face staring back at me.

"Good, you're awake." Declan spoke first.

"What?" I grumbled not really wanting to be awake.

"Well we're hungry and I'm pretty sure Damien is trying to poison us." Declan answered.

"I'm sure he can cook you guy’s breakfast." I muttered sleepily as I buried my face further into Imani's chest.

"Um...He burned the cereal." Owen told me.

"What the hell?" I mumbled sitting up. I opened both eyes to stare at the two little boys who were no longer looking at me but at Imani's chest.

"Did he always have a tattoo?" Declan asked sounding a bit confused. A tattoo? Looking down at his chest I noticed what they were talking about and I was pleasantly stunned to see it there. On his chest, just underneath where I bit him was a black panther just sitting regally with its tail wrapped around it looking up at where I had bit Imani. On his neck were my actual initials looking beautifully like it was written with an old fashioned quill pen.

"Can we get matching tattoos too?" Declan asked excitedly.

"No." Imani grumbled as he threw his arm over his head. "Why are there children in the room so early in the morning?" he asked tiredly. I shared the same feeling. After the initial mating was done Imani and I stayed up a couple more hours just making sure we got it right the first time.

"Because Damien burnt the cereal." I replied.

"How the hell did he do that?" Imani asked peeking out from behind his arm.

"I don't know but if I don't want the kids to die I think I should go find out." I replied as I leaned over to give him a peck on the cheek. I turned away to roll out the bed when he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back into him. Before I could ask anything he slammed his lips against mine and practically sucked the life out of me. He pulled away seconds later with the both of us panting hard.

"That's how you wake someone up in the morning." He smirked as he tried to catch his breath.

"That was highly disturbing." Declan mused as he climbed off the bed pulling a shocked Owen behind him.

"Great. You've traumatized the children." I murmured as I climbed out the bed. I quickly threw on a pair of short that I had left in the room and followed them out.

We made our way to the kitchen to find Mateus with his head on the table half asleep and Damien at the stove not really paying attention to anything. Declan gestured to the both of them with a look on his face that said 'see! I told you so.'
