Truth? What truth? I looked down at my family, and none of them met my eyes. They were all looking away, like they were ashamed. Why? I turned back to Jack. "Tell me," my voice sounded so in control, so powerful, so cool, nothing that I was at the time. "Destiny, you were made to be the ultimate power. The ultimate weapon. Your biological dad was a dragon. You're mom, was a human. You were meant to be changed into a vampire by this family. Both of your parents were working for the vampires. You have all three strong, soul inhabited, species in you. You were meant to be a killing machine, like you just witnessed. The dragons caught wind of their plan and sent me to befriend you. I was supposed to capture you before and bring you back to my base. I'm sorry, Destiny, but you're not what you think you are." He looked grim. "Why was this family supposed to change me, if you're not lying?" He looked surprised. "Don't you sense all the vamps around here? This is the family that's the head of the vampire world." I always wondered what father did in his study. I froze, completely taking in the situation. I kept my back on Alexandrid, though my question was meant for him. "Did you even love me?" When he didn't answer, I turned towards him. I flew towards him, for he was the one standing in the very front of the broken window. "Did you?" I looked around. "Did anyone of you ever love me?" That's when Alexandrid answered. "Of course we loved you! Of course I love you! I love more than anything in the world!" Then Allen said, "He's telling you the truth, Destiny! We all love you, and so does he! He was going to tell you right before he proposed tonight!" I crinkled my face. "How can I even trust you?" I flew away a little bit so I could look at Jack's face too. "How can I trust any of you?" I gave a distrusting look at both of them, and then got out of there. I flew as fast as I could. I ended up on one of the Himalayan Mountains. I sat there and sobbed and hugged my knees, and eventually found I could cry. I cried and cried until I couldn't cry anymore. Then there was a rustle in the trees. It was a human. He looked around 21. He looked straight at me. We sat there for a while, staring at each other. I didn't want to live right now. Who was I even? A human? A vampire? A dragon? I blocked out my memories and ended up blacking out. I felt the human come to me, then completely black out. * 3 days later * I awoke in a cottage, somewhat down the mountain due to the pressure, and I was in a bed. There was an extremely cute guy brewing tea. There was a stove, a fridge, and two doors. I could tell the one on the wall near the bottom of the bed led to a bathroom, with another door leading to a closet of clothes. The door on the same wall as the top of the bed, near where my head was, was a door leading to outside. There was a heater in the bathroom, though I didn't feel cold at all. How could I tell all that? The guy turned around, and saw that I was awake. "You're finally awake, huh? You were out for three days. I couldn't tell that there was something extremely wrong with you, so I brought you to my cabin nearby. I was hiking and found you. Another day and I was going to bring you to a hospital near the bottom of the mountain. We're in the middle of it now." I was confused. I found my voice and asked, "What mountain?" He looked at me like it was obvious. "The mountain next to Mount Everest. Who knows the name of this one?" He smiled. I smiled too. He made me feel safe. "I'm Kaida(Ky-da) Virany. "Who are you?" I told him then, "I'm thankful for you rescuing me, and...," I couldn't find it, much less anything, "I don't know." He looked at me with a peculiar expression on his face. Who was I? I didn't even know... ~~~
