Chapter Fourteen: -Wandless-

The Gryffindor table was the loudest table in the room, filled with cheers and laughter. There was a bright aura surrounding the table making everything seem better. Lexie was so happy, she felt content sitting next to Harry and all of his friends. Lexie finally found her place, the thing she was looking for her whole life.

She now had Henry, Haven, Harry and even Draco in some sense. A smile was placed on her face for the rest of dinner, Harry threw his arm around Lexie's neck as they left the room followed by Hermione and Ron. She learned that they were and inseparable trio, if you found one you would find all three. Lexie was awed by the loyalty that they showed for each other.

The four teenagers made it halfway down the hall before a certain person blocked thier path, his blonde hair was whipped in front of his eyes. An sneer was painted on his face and Lexie sucked in a breath knowing what was going to happen.

Lexie pleaded with Draco through their connected eyes, begging him not to say anything stupid that would end up with a fight forming. She would not stand by seeing any one fight not over something so petty.

Draco was so nice to her, but a different Draco emerged when there were other people around. It was his shield to protect the people around him from the horrors that come with his last name and who his family was tied to.

Draco Malfoy personally had nothing against Harry Potter, but it was expected of a him as a Malfoy to be cruel and want nothing other then the boy's death.

The trio waited for Draco to speak, but didn't know that Lexie there was holding him back from saying anything. He wrinkled his nose, glared at her twin and walked in the opposite direction leaving Harry, Hermione and Ron dumbfounded and slightly confused.

Lexie felt proud, she hid a grin and started to walk forwards. Which in turn pulled Harry with her since his arm was still draped around the small girl's frame.

Draco backed down from a perfect oppertunity of insulting him? Harry tried to think back to a time where that had happened before, he couldn't count on one hand that amount. It was close to none, and Harry wanted to know why.

"Snap out of it guys, nothing happened." Lexie mumbled, clearly annoyed at the lack of movement and confusion painted on all three of their faces. It made Lexie want to roll her eyes and hit Draco for being such an idiot. Bloody hell couldn't they see that it was all an act? It was hard not to notice it.

Pulling Harry's arm off of her, Lexie walked towards the room where Henry and her were staying. Puffing out her cheeks like a child she wished that Draco was a good guy, it would make her somewhat feelings for the boy acceptable, but alas nothing came easy for Lexie. She just hoped that maybe someday either Draco would turn into a good guy or her feelings would disappear. Lexie urned for the first option, wanting nothing other then for Draco to be on the right side everything would be so much better then.

A few minutes later Lexie finally made it to her room, letting out a yawn she yanked open the door. Henry was sitting in a plush chair reading a well worn book, he looked up at his daughter and folded the page he was on to save his spot. The sides of his mouth crinckled lightly as a smile appeared on his face, "How did it go kid?"

"I am officially a Gryffindor Dad!" Lexie grinned at him proudly.

"Congratulations! I think this calls for some hot chocolate don't you think?"

"With whipped cream?" Lexie asked hopefully.

"Sure kiddo, what ever the little lion wants." Henry answered playfully.

"Dad, what house were you in?" Lexie asked, completely curious.

"I was a Ravenclaw, I kind of hoped you were going to be placed there too." He winked at Lexie and nudged her playfully.

Lexie stuck her tounge out at him and swatted Henry's arm.

Henry picked his wand off of the table and it was then that Lexie realized that she never got a wand from when she and Harry had went to Diagon Alley. So as he made two mugs of hot chocolate appear on the same table, Lexie decided it would be a good idea to bring that up.

"Is it bad that I still don't have a wand?" Lexie asked sheepishly, embarressed that she had forgotten one of the most important things a witch needed.

It was a good think Henry didn't have a sip of his drink yet, because it would have been spat out across the room in disbelief.

"How could you forget to get a wand?" Henry asked her baffled.

"Truthfully? I have no idea, it slipped mind until you picked yours up just then." She shrugged an embarrassed blush scattered across her cheeks.

"I will see if you would be allowed to leave school and get a wand, I will have to ask Dumbledor for permission and possibly transportation." Henry rubbed his forehead.

Lexie let out a meek, "Sorry."

Henry just nodded leaving his hot chocolate on the table and then going out into the hall, Lexie guessed he was going to talk to Dumbledor. The door closed and left Lexie all alone in her new room, she grabbed her drink and sat in the chair Henry once occupied. Letting her mind drift away with the thoughts and memories, she thought back to her foster homes and as she sipped only the good memories surfaced.

She remembered the time where the first foster home took her in and gave her nothing but love, for the first few weeks they treated her like nothing less then their own flesh and blood. Something went wrong and Lexie was then abandoned again but Lexie just skimmed over the darker details, not wanting to relive the nightmares again.

Lexie waited for Henry to return, soon she was all out of hot chocolate to drink and she put her empty mug back onto the table.

Hugging her knees to her chest, Lexie stared at the door as if it would make Henry appear right then and there. Not wanting to admit that she didn't like being alone in their new and strange room.

Ten minutes later the door opened and Henry stepped in, "We are allowed to go out tommorow and get you a wand." Henry relayed to her.

Lexie's body relaxed and she nodded tiredly, Lexie was exhausted and her arms kind of hurt from the whole, 'holding on for her life' part of her day.

Lexie laid down on her bed, and she couldn't wait to get her own wand.

Sam is a horrible person, and she is so so sorry!

I have been bad at uploading lately, sorry for the long wait!

Kind of a filler chapter, not much going on yet. I am surprised no one caught onto Lexie not getting/having a wand.

Next chapter will be better and less boring, haha. Maybe a little more Draco/Lexie action will appear. ^.^

I love Tom Felton. <3

Just saying, oh! But I also can not, not (Double negative :O OH NO) send my love to Draco Malfoy. <3

Vote/Comment/Fan? <3

Again sorry for not uploading for a while there!
