I'm studying for my test in "prognosis and planning of the development and functioning of economical system". There's a lesson about the streams between the demographic system and the subsystems of the national economical system. So here's the deal:
When the analysis is made from the point of the demographical system of Bulgaria, she'd have the right to turn to the production sub-system of Bulgaria with the question, no- more likely with the reproof: "Why is it that the production subsystem of Bulgaria does not supply the demographic system of the country with such a stream of goods {(2.1).(1)} in the matters of mass, diversity and quality, as for example the Swiss production sub- system supplies the Swiss demographical system with?" If the production sub- system of Bulgaria is intelligent enough and is not trying to deny the obvious, she'd answer with the fallowing: "Dear demographical system of Bulgaria, your reproof towards me is just. I feel awkward about this, but I'd like to bring to your notice the fact that you receive from me such a stream {(2.1).(1)} that equates to the stream {(1).(2.1)} that I receive from you." As it turns out, the stream {(2.1).(1)} is isomorphic to the stream {(1).(2.1)}. So the demographical system receives such a stream of goods (in terms of mass, diversity and quality) from the production sub- system, as it works for itself with the stream {(1).(2.1)}. No- this is not a joke. It's a quote from the "father" of modern Bulgarian economical prognosis and planning Vasil Manov. No wonder Bulgarian economy is not going anywhere. After all these discussions between the systems and sub-systems they should hardly have any time left for production. :)
