Chapter Thirty-Five:

Early mornings are not my friend. Especially after a late night. We had gotten back from the concert at 10:30pm, but honestly, being hyped up on a concert makes sleeping practically impossible. So, of course, Trinity stayed in my room and we danced to Ed Sheeran, The Cab and A Rocket to the Moon until 3am. We both ended up crashing on the floor still in our clothes.

When Miranda knocked on my door to wake us up at 8am, I was less than thrilled. Especially with her syrupy sweet voice saying 'today is going to be a glorious day!' Ugh, happy people are annoying. And morning people are annoying. Life in general is annoying.

"What did she say?" Trinity grumbled out from underneath the pillow and blankets that were caccooning her in on the floor.

"We have to be out in the living room by 9," I mumbled back. "The schedule says we don't have to do anything until 3. Ugh. They lied."

"We should sue for lying." Trinity said in complete sincerity without even moving an inch. Her voice was still laced with sleep.

"We can sleep in for another hour." I rationalized, letting my head fall back onto the pillow.

"Did she say why we had to wake up so early? I thought there was supposed to be that huge whatever thing later." Trinity continued to complain, her voice muffled by the amount of covers over her.

"Nope, she didn't say... I'm going to get dinner. I mean breakfast. Ugh. Al and mornings are not my OTP," I muttered as I forced myself to sit up. Trinity muttered something about talking in third person, not even bother to get up. I slugged around my room, tying my hair up into a ponytail before waltzing out of the room.

"Get me a Marie scone!" Trinity yelled out after me.

I ignored her as my feet shuffled through the halls, still being sleep ridden.

"Oh, hello there." Niall grinned as I walked into the kitchen.

"What are you doing here? I thought you were guys weren't coming in until much later." I asked, preoccupied by the sight of Marie's scones.

See, the caterer always left behind breakfast scones, muffins and etc behind for us. And let's just say that Marie is master of all things scones. Blueberry was my favorite, although chocolate chip was an extremely close second.

"Yeah, the times for the plan changed. You're the only girl I've seen since we got here, though." Niall commented.

"They're probably still sleeping. Like I should be. But Miranda woke me up and then I remembered I'm hungry." I stuffed a piece of the scone into my mouth, happily munching away on it. "Where are the others?"
