A reader said to me that she'd read my first book, London Red, and would I include the two main characters from that book in this new one.
London Red was a story all about Paul and Katie and this chapter was so good it had to be included in the new book. The scene involved a description of masturbation under a dinner table while four people carried on talking as if nothing unusual was happening.
