You Stand Up For Him

"Hang on a second," You said, turning away from your friend, whom you were talking to.

You turned to face a girl, who just said something really mean about your boyfriend, Niall.

"What did you just say?" You asked, approaching her.

"Niall...he's ugly," She said, as if it were a known fact.

You were quick in reacting, lunging forward and pushing her against a wall. "Don't call Niall ugly," You warned, through gritted teeth.

She laughed. "How cute. His wimpy girlfriend is standing up for him," She said, rolling her eyes.

That's when you lost it, and slapped her right across her face. "I'm not wimpy and Niall certainly isn't ugly. You obviously haven't looked in a mirror lately, doll," You snapped before pushing off of her.

You returned to your friend, who was staring with her mouth open. She smiled lightly when you looked up at her. "You're pretty brave for that," She said.

You shrugged. "Sorry, it just pisses me off when people hate on Niall. It's almost instinctive for me to just...slap them," You admitted, laughing toward the end.

As long as you were around, Niall wouldn't have to worry about haters.
