Oh hey, thanks for continuing to give this story a chance(:

The sky looked blue-er than usual and the sun shined jublilantly. Staring out the window was my pass time as in a means to get away from something I think is boring or un-appealing. Of course, I'll do it and not be quite aware of it. Mrs. Andrew's voice covered every thought in my mind , pulling me violently out of my peaceful trance.

Her squeaky, pixie-like voice echoed through the room and the entire class fell silent staring at me. My head snapped around so fast, I swear I got a crick in my neck. I rubbed it slowly turning my full attention back to History Class, more precisely, Mrs. Andrews.

"What is the Civil War Lauren?" she quizzed taking a huge step towards my desk.

I looked around un-comfortably searching for the correct group of words to make an acceptable sentence that will please her. Her eyebrow raised and she shook her head repeating her question. I sat up straight in my seat and began to speak, very nervously.

"Umm.....The Civil War is a......a war that was civil?" I belched out.

The class erupted into fits of laughter which caused my face to turn the mildest shade of pink.

" Lauren here you are unable to answer my question because you simply aren't paying much attention in my class. Do that again or I'll call your mom."

I groaned slugging down lazily in my seat.

The bell pierced through my ears nearly making me jump from my seat in surprise. Everyone got up. I rose from my seat and swung my messenger bag accross my shoulder. Without hesitation, I made it out of the class and all the way to my locker. I dialled in the locker combo and took what I needed.

A familiar blonde came into my field of vision.

"Hey Lauren, still up for this afternoon?" Elise, my best friend queried leaning against the locker next to mine.

I looked up at her, the most blank expression crossing my face.

"What are you even talking about?" I asked slaming my locker shut crossing my arms.

"The ice cream parlor outting, silly." she replied playfully slapping me on the arm.

I then remebered. Sometimes I wonder if my memory goes away for vacation then comes back.

"Ohhhhhhh, that." I responded recalling when she'd asked me.

"Yeah Lauren," she smiled." Good to know you remember. Ill go meet up with the rest, meet us at the back of the school, kay?"

"Yeah I'll be there!" I said enthusiastically, I hope it didn't come accross as fake to Elise.....Oh well..

I zipped my bag shut and made my way over to the vending machine. I placed a one dollar bill in the empty slot and a few seconds later, a bag of chips popped out from the bottom flying straight into my hand.

I opened it carefully, not with much force like the last time. I think you know what happens when you open a plastic wrapper with too much force... it's obvious..

Okay, so if you didn't quite get it, all my chips fell to the floor and everyone in the hallway either laughed, shrugged or given me strange looks.

I hope that cleared out things for you.

I walked straight out of the school's entrance the door the sun hitting me for the first time. I shield the sun with my eyes and quickly made my way to the back of the school.

Elise along with Michelle, Lexi and Zoe were there waiting for me.

"Hey guys." I said casually.

"Hey!' they replied simultaneously.

"Stop that!" I snapped.

"Okay!" they replied in unison, again as if they were some kind of group that spoke all at one together for entertainement.

I just rolled my eyes knowing eventually that they'll stop. They've done this before anyways.

We carpooled as always, me driving of course. Normally, it'll take half an hour to get to the ice cream parlor if Elise was driving, twenty five minutes if Zoe and Michelle were driving, twenty minutes if Michelle was driving, fifteen minutes if Lexi was driving. Then for me it'll be a precise ten minutes. I don't see how that's possible since I don't drive fast. It was almost un-believable.

In the space of ten minutes, we were already there. I hoped out of the van as soon as I pulled the key from the ignition. The others were like my mirrors, repeating the action.

"What are you young pretty ladies having today?" a man with a bald head asked as soon as we reached the counter. His sentence crept me out then I realised I was indeed hungry and that my potato chips, hadn't even aided my state of hunger.

"Hurricane." I replied.

"Vanilla for me." Zoe responded.

"Chocolate." Michelle replied her eyes twinkling in delight.

"Power!" Lexi exclaimed.

The man gave her a weird look and I stifled my giggle.

In a matter of minutes, all of us were seated eating our delicious, creamy ice cream.

"You know what's weird?" Michelle asked out of the blue breaking the almost un-explainable silence.

"What?" Zoe asked a milky moustache appearing above her lips.

"A donkey will sink in quicksand but a mule won't."

We all burst out laughing. Zoe's laugh was the loudest but abruptly, it went down.

Her eyes widened and I swear that they could have popped out straight from her sockets.

"OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH!"

"What?!" I asked my voice becoming panicky.

"JJJUST LOOK!" she pointed at a guy around my age.

He had light brown, chestnut hair and was about five foot seven, four inches taller than moi. His eyes were also light brown. He was well built and I could have easily seen his abs through his torso. What was strange was that his face looked freakishly familiar....

Where have I seen him?

Zoe answered my question.

"It's Justin Bieber!" she screamed causing the guy  I now know as 'Justin Bieber' to turn around.

Instantly, his gaze met mine and his eyes widened slightly and so did mine.

Justin........

Bieber........

Could it be???
